People generally like the longer episodes more, so the episodes of King of Miami are going to slow down for a while so that the quality of the episodes can stay higher :D

Great observation! That one was saved in my inventory from before, but if you try using power-ups this early in the game, they don't appear! You have to get the first cat shine before you can use stored power-ups
