Last night I really felt like eating paneer but was lazy to cook as it was late night. So thought of ordering paneer masala from dhaba. When I came across this video of urs, it felt so simple n I really wanted to give it a try... I tried this recipe and this has become my standard paneer butter masala recipe. Thanks Chef. Your method of mentioning the quantity of ingredients plus number of servings helps me to decide the quantity and cook properly.
My mom made this dish and I literally felt like eating restaurant dish. Sweetness and spiciness in the same dish..It was awesome. I got interested in cooking during my skool days seeing ur TV shows and I literally learned to cut vegetables only seeing ur TV shows sir. Ur such an inspiration sir. Keep inspiring us as always.
What I love the most about him is that he is so humble in his approach to cooking; he understands what people are looking for and makes sure to use ingredients he knows one would find in almost every Indian kitchen. He doesn't put on airs and is constantly assuring in his commentary about how the restaurant dishes people relish are very much doable right in your own homes. Thank you chef.
