Just got the brunswick infinity with a short pin layout. This ball is SO ROUND going down the lane. It's a really pretty and controllable shape. Love it.
I'm rev dominant (430 revs/14.5mph). I have trouble keep most balls on the right side of the head pin, but I've found success with lower end balls (Rhino, Twist). If I went for a low diff asym, what kind of layout would keep it usable for and not have it over-hook like everything else?

However, I think you do a good job on your channel of attempting to note when a ball would work for a low rev/speed dominant player, so your word carries weight, even if it's not from pure experience. Also, there's not as much ball review content for lower rev players, so any guidance in this space is welcome!
@@bowlersparadise2255 As a ~lower-medium rev player, not so much. Because you're still experienced. You can use that and your knowledge to apply it to bowlers like me.
First tip. Hit the one in front 🤣. If manufacturers ever decide to slow down on these releases and I have some extra time, I'd love too. But there's just so many bowling balls its really hard to keep up.
Well 1, the clone was on my general top 5 for league bowlers. It's a great ball and works for many, many styles. I like the encore a touch more for high rev players because it's slightly cleaner than the clone and is more balanced between core and cover. Generally those features work more effectively as rev rate climbs above 400 on house conditions.
@bowlersparadise2255 Awesome! Thank you for the response. I know you said you matched up well with both on house, and I was looking for something in that slot. We have very similar speed and revs, so I think the encore will go well in my bad alongside my Black Venom, idol cosmos, xponent, and iq ruby.
True but still this is about the best ball right? not best ball on house patterns?(which wouldnt even really fit in here since thats probably a weaker Pearl or a Benchmark solid@@bowlersparadise2255

As someone that floats around 460rpm (wife calls me a fat TJ) the Envy Tours are a god send and go with me everywhere with my Encore.
That duo for saying its a pearl is one of the earliest balls i have in my bag. only ones that are earlier are Gem and TNT
It’s definitely strong! But even with that, I can get WAY left with it and it still strikes which is great!

Absolutely. Very different pieces with similar overall strength (duo slightly stronger). Makes a great 1-2 punch.

I don't just pick one. It's hard enough to make a top 5. Best option is for you to pick the shape you like the best.
