  • In today’s video In today’s video we are doing a 3D acrylic pouring and I was inspired by a geode I saw and decided to try to create one with acrylic paint but this time in glorious blues and golds. This creative process is not only healing for me but allows me to express my desire to create and help others. I hope that you enjoy coming along and painting with me! I am going to show you how to use my method of doing this acrylic pour.

My art motto: I'm doing something. I don't know what it is, but I'm doing something.
Also, from another artist: "The nice thing about fluid art is that, after you decide it's not what you wanted it to be, you can decide it's something else." - Priscilla Batzell
It turned out beautiful in the end!
(and my guess is that the canvas wasn't quite level)

I LOVE THIS PAINTING, I WOULD SAY THAT I LOVE IT MORE THIS WAY THEN AT THE BEGINNING…
I sometimes wonder if it is me that dosen’t see well but everytime like this painting u said u liked it better at the beginning and I love it more at the end, WHY.. is it because I am not a super artist like u…??
Also I might be repeating myself but the other reason I love watching ur videos is because u have such a relaxing voice so if we watch u at night not to long before bed well u calm us and not excite us, THANK-YOU SO MUCH FOR UR WONDERFUL PAINTINGS, VIDEOS AND UR SOFT AND CALMING VOICE…!!!

Hi Johnny! Nice save, and the colour combo is amazing!! I was so sad for you when you came back to it and it had completely shifted😟 I know for me that has happened for a few reasons; definitely an uneven surface, potentially too much paint, and you mentioned you used Artist's Loft Pouring Medium? I had issues like that when I used that product. Not sure if that's it for you, just thought it was worth mentioning. Love your channel, I respect your story, and I enjoy your art💜💕 All the best!

First of all I LOVE the result. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! But I get how the result was a surprise. You asked what we thought happened. It's hard to tell from just looking at the video. I have 3 ideas skipping over the first most obvious concern which I doubt was the issue is that your table wasn't level. Ok # 1 I noticed that you were much heavier on the white boundary pour on one side than the other than. That could pull the paints of irregularly. That is my best guess but just to guess some more, 2 one side was heavier in pigments than paint especially around the edges and 3, one side was always favored and for the edge and had a head start to pulling off, so maybe the shift to the middle was just a little too late. Iether way it hardly matters because the result is BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE It! Thank you so much for being there and doing this. I look foward to everyone of your videos. You always take me to my happy place and make me feel better about EVERYTHING for at least 10 min. So THANK YOU!😊

HI. Great videos. I'm struggling with my bass coat. 70percent elmers glue, 30percent water...but it's too thick! Added a bit of water until consistency was the same as my pre-mixed (from Michaels) paint....getting cracking and cloudiness....very frustrating! Any suggestions? Again, thank you for your videos. They are helping me get through a 'rough patch'....
