I was at one of these shows, and it was so good. My last time seeing Tarja live was ages ago! One watches these youtube videos and picks apart all these little things, I have done it, we all have. But seeing an artist live, specially of Tarja's calibre, there is no comparison, it truly is an experience. I am so happy I had the chance of seeing her one more time. The crowd was AMAZING, Tarja was delighted and beyond herself with everyone's reaction. I truly hope she includes the US from now on, a tour like this, two weeks is perfectly feasible, she has enough audience for it. The set list, is obviously a hit/single kind of thing, which is only to be expected given this being her first proper USA tour. However, I felt most people were seeing her for the very first time! I am sure Tarja is happy with the turnout. The band was fantastic, missed Max, but one cannot have it all. My highlight was observing people from all walks of life queueing to get in the venue. Businessmen, couples, teens, elders, metalheads, goths, your next door neighbour, it was a crazy night, lots of dancing, screaming...Tarja leaves no one indifferent.
Great music, great band and grat performance - as always. Maybe this is not everybody's cup of tea - but for me this suits fine. I especally enjoy the fact that she currently has her own catalog of music, and it's very well centered to her own artistic persona and it differs nicely from the average music that one may encounter in the symphonic metal field.
Hi! I was sad that the Ville Valo concert disappeared but then I realized your account was gone. Could you please re upload VV day 2 Irving plaza full concert. Thank you!
@suzanakyuz351 No problem!, thanks for watching my videos aswell appreciate the support🙏🏻, VV is on tour with BVB so I might go to that show and get another recording 😅
I think this is a journey trough her career, missing a lot songs like Wisdom of wind, poison, the seer, calling grace more from what lies beneath…. 🤷🏻♂️
Sing for Me, Damned and Divine, Dark Star, Crimson Deep, We Are, Mystique Voyage, Deliverance, Medusa, The Living End, Too Many and the ones you mentioned should’ve been included instead of, idk, Falling Awake or Die Alive
So am I, but she rarely ever plays in the US and Nemo happens to be her most popular single so, It’s like expecting Amy Lee to stop playing My Immortal 😢
I'm going to see Tarja Turunen in Brazil for the first time, also will be my first time listening Nemo in Tarja's voice. Soo, I'm happy, but I hope too. My dream is hear White Night Fantasy once more. Or. Deep Silent Complete.
She seemed like she rly wanted to get it out of the way when I saw her but I won’t lie I was still smiling from ear to ear cuz it was my first time seeing her live. Whole show was fantastic tho.
The song "Enough" is the ONLY real fresh addition to this "new setlist" the rest is just meh and repetitive. Also, her singles aren't her best songs at all. I am writing this comment while listening to Enough and I notice she is screaming a lot, missing lyrics and tempo. Why??? Also, this still seems like In The Raw Tour. Same boring and bland setlist. Well, I also like Naiad and Eye of The Storm as new additions and maybe also I feel Immortal for a while. Why there are no oh oh ohs in Shadow Play? ??? Bad singing Nemo isn't going away is it? I don't know but if this tour doesn't change its setlist is gonna be kinda lame boring =\
I can't help but agree with you. She has so many better songs she did not put in the set: Sing For Me, In For A Kill, Dark Star, Underneath, Crimson Deep, Lucid Dreamer, Deliverance, Neverlight, Medusa, Eagle Eye, Love To Hate, Undertaker, Too Many, Railroads...
I would do it like this: 01. Eye Of The Storm 02. Dark Star 03. Love To Hate 04. Diva 05. Naiad 06. Sing For Me 07. Shadow Play (album version) 08. Nemo 09. Enough 10. Neverlight 11. Underneath 12. I Walk Alone 13. Victim Of Ritual 14. Innocence 15. Dead Promises 16. Undertaker 17. Until My Last Breath
@@mhtuaes Dear Mat! U really see it. Most blind fans think I'm a hater cause I speak truth, cause I speak my thoughts. But just look at the difference between the current setlist and the one u made up. Yours is 100% fresher and more epic than the bland and boring one she still plays live. Is just facts. And I am not afraid to say it. I am not a blind fan and haven't been for years.
@@mhtuaes If I had to choose 17 songs that would go: 1-Serene 2-Demons in You 3-Dark Star 4-Neverlight 5-Calling From The Wild 6-Supremacy 7-The Reign 8-Into The Sun 9-Boy and the Ghost 10-Deliverance 11-Love to Hate 12-Victim of Ritual 13-Shadow Play Encore: 14-Tears in Rain 15-Dead Promises 16-Ciarans Well 17- Crimson Deep I would even put Too Many somewhere. 500 Letters, Until Silence and The Archive of Lost Dreams.

I'm so tired of "Nemo" :((( I hope she brings to life other NW songs , that are well well forgotten , like "Fantasmic", Gethsemane , Riddler .....
Bare Grace Misery is on my wishlist. Is so addictive! I literally listen it waaay too often and never gets old.

No me gusta que use pistas para las segundas y terceras voces… no lo necesita…
