You are such a joy to watch! Even when you aren’t feeling your best, your positive attitude and joyful demeanor always shines through! It doesn’t hurt that you go to fabulous venues with glorious florals, pianists, artists, and gorgeous shoes... then off to magical horses flying through the room as you dine on the scrumptious bits, or go strolling through (aka shooting in) amazing glass houses fit for a queen! Living vicariously through you is an absolute dream! Thank you! 🥰😍🥰
I’m so glad to see you adding to your team. Sometimes it’s difficult to let go of some of the control, but I’m a big believer in delegating whatever doesn’t require your constant attention! I started my career in film and video production in the mid 90s, probably before you were born. (🤦🏻♀️ Feeling rather “mature” at the moment.) Having a bit of experience might I suggest something for you to contemplate... when starting with a new editor you might want to sit with them for the rough cut to let them know what footage you want included. Then leave them to their creative devices to tighten up, refine, add all the bells and whistles and tweak to your satisfaction. All the finishing details can be the most time consuming (and in my opinion the most tedious, but I am not a skilled editor, but so greatly appreciative of all their amazing skills!). With you overseeing the rough cut it allows them to get to know your style on what content you generally like to include and soon you can hand off the raw footage and have a finished and polished product with perhaps a minor tweak here or there, saving you oodles of time. Of course as with any advice, take what you will and leave the rest, as I’m sure you get more unsolicited advice than you ever dreamed. I hope you have fun and enjoy the journey as you find out whatever processes work best for you! Feel better soon and hopefully not burning the candles at both ends will allow you to stay in perfect health! 💗💗💗 Thanks for taking us along on such an enjoyable escape! 😘🥰😘

My Italian mother used to heat chilli flakes in a dry frying pan until it began to very slightly smoke. Then remove from the heat and cleanse the house whilst breathing in some of the smoke. Kept us healthy throughout c19. Also baths with Olbas bubble bath; fabulous!
Oh, and good old Vicks Vaporub on the soles of your feet. Good luck darling!
