I will take the Rugged kit, very well thought out and I like that the M1 is also Analog & Digital and also waterproof......And BTW no issues with my Rugged equipment and it's in all 3 of my cars since 2012.
I love all of the positive comments on PCI, great guys over there! We went with Rugged, because the PCI kit was not out yet, bummer! Have the PCI in my Speed, and it’s a great setup!
Well, I’ve been watching you guys for a little while watching you you’ve had times three then you bought the Razor then you bought the pro R and then finally the speed come out you bought that and then Maverick R came out and now I see you guys in the Maverick R are you trying to tell me that you like it better than the pro R
Ive only had Rugged, and so far I've had problems. I've spent close to $3,000 outfitting 2 cars with Rugged, and I've just had problems getting them to communicate with each other, getting the audio to come through the helmet kits, etc. Haven't been able to actual use the 3k I spent
@@20TooSlow that stinks. Our coms have been one of the best upgrades to the machine for the happiness of my wife. Some music, and her not having to shout over the machine makes her want to ride more, plus being able to communicate with the group.
PCI for the win everytime.

Good to know

Only have had Rugged intercoms I run a Yasau duel band radio with it works very good, the trick to the radios is to check the SWR on your antenna.
PCI setup is much cleaner, plus it uses much higher quality components instead of rebranded Chinese garbage of Rugged.
Clean install 👍🏼
Thanks! 👍
I am not sure why you put the two PPT buttons right next to each other. As far as I am aware pushing it would open both headsets.
Not going to lie, I did realize this after the install hahaha! Oh well, passenger gets their own button hehe!
PCI 100%
Everyone gets sucked into all the rugged advertising. PCI has been doing it better for longer than anybody else, simple as that.
Ya we tried but they didn’t have a setup 100% done and decided not to wait any longer

Mav r is a beast we have been buying and trying them all out. If you like your x3 you will love the Mav r

Sorry to hear your experience with Rugged has been as terrible as mine. I’ve had nothing but problems and support does not exist with this company.
I have heard that Rugged's support is good. PCI support is supposed to be good as well. And I can personally vouch that "thecom" has great support.
@@huntingstill I heard Rugged support was great as well, but unfortunately my experience has been a nightmare.
