Just bought one, not a everyday thing, just to kill time with my gf and have an excuse to go out to do something when bored. I been finding a ton of stuff. First thing, turn sensitivity down to 3/4 to half. Thing is way sensitive. We found some silver coins. It even told us it was a coin and 50 cent sized. It works, the pip button is great. To save time, when it beeps, hit pip and you will save a ton of time. People saying it doesn't work, either have a broken one, or are not being honest. Go figure, people comment and don't even have one. Makes zero sense to do that. I also have a higher priced detector, and this one works exactly the same. Ithis one is a little slow beeping over a target, that's why I said use the pip button. Once you get use to this one, it's great.
Or some people don't realize that you must tune and adjust your machine each time you go out to different environments! Some areas have 'hot rocks' that are mineralized enough to set off the metal detector! Especially when looking for gold! A rock might be really rich in iron.... or if you're really lucky, you'll find gold! Search tailing piles and dump piles in old mine areas but set discrimination against iron because there's a lot of trash junk like iron wire, bullets, nails etc...
Just got one in today. Bought one off of the WISH site from China and mishipped it to my grandson. Told him to keep it and use it. He lives in Hawaii and has beaches to go and work. Ordered a second one and got it, but it didn't work. WISH is super great about giving money back and not even requiring a return. So I ordered a third one. I live in Virginia and people find all kinds of revolutionary and civil war remnants. This one is working and your video was about the best explaination I had found on operating it. No one explained the pip function. I look forward to trying it out. Unfortunately, the winter weather has hit this year and it's freezing outside. Glad to see some fairly good reviews on it and know I didn't waste my money.
I found a vintage green marble & a silver 50cent piece in the same spot i unearth it some body must have lost their marbles lol but it true its lots of fun

hi,,, its true the head / coil is very sensitive to small bumps on the ground,, that's why i build my sons to go in pin point mode all the time,, a good idea will be to turn down the sensitivity a little but down on the detector then you will not get so much false signal,,, and remember if you want to be sure there is something in the ground after you swing the coil around the hole,,, then use the pin point bottom in the middel of the detector.. then your sure there is something in the ground,, but remember if you really want to detect in your sparetime,, you should be thinking of buying a better detector,,because what you get is that the better detectores dont give so much false signals as the cheap ones,, but try to adjust the sensitivity ,,then i think it will become better,,, :0) if anything else ,,feel free to ask :0) Take care and HH

hi ,,yes i did,,and actually in worked fine.,.,i will upload the video this weekend :0) the only thing is the target shower on the detector ,,is not as precise as i would like it to be,,,but for hunting everything in the ground it's okay,,,, And my kids can detect with it and find real targets,,,så that's pretty cool,, :0)

Your going to flip but I orders 1 off eBay from China for $13.88 yes under 15 bucks ! I jumped on it and it's legit from the manufacturer direct. Just have to wait a month or less ! I thought it was a misprint but no it's legit !

The PIP function is for pinpointing your target. In case you haven't already figured it out. 😅
