@@ChuckNoctis I was considering an update video. Currently have 80 miles and 18,000’ of vertical on them. I’ve done scrambling and rock hopping, running down and hiking up. Definitely more rugged trails than these should go on. I like the shoes enough and will wear them until they are worn out. My girlfriend and I find that they run hot and cause a lot of foot sweat on warmer days (subjective, but feels worse than other shoes). They drain decently well, took about 3 minutes of running for the slosh to go away after submerged. Longest days was 23 miles and my feet were ok, they still slip around if I don’t tighten them down really tight. Between that and the sand, my entire feet felt like a hot spot after. All in all, I’d still recommend them for less rugged trails if they fit your feet well.
It was good! I went around 2018 in park city but I never got the chance to go again. Check the dates this year, looks like a wide range of cities but no park city this time.
Nike claims to have made these wider, you can see this claim under the “what’s new” on their website when viewing V2. V1 would cause hot spots on the arch area of my feet and V2 hasn’t. I consider them to be wider, and I usually buy wide shoes. I do skip a lace at the midfoot to allow some extra space though!
You may be right. I skipped a row of laces at the midfoot for a 7 mile run and they felt a lot better. Not sure the length would work a half size down though!
@@Chasing-the-outdoors I found the lockdown on the Zegama 2s much better than other ultra shoes (I even have a narrow foot), that's why I was surprised you had slipping issues. My toes do touch the front lightly on downhills though.
❤ great job!
Update on the shoes? Are they comfy? Any pinky toe issues or spots that are uncomfortable?

Everyone so far including Ben Parkes review says these are narrower not wider then V1. *confused*

Maybe you should've gone down 1/2 a size.

NO real TOE bumper but extra material at the side of the laces. NIKE DESIGN 🥱🤡🤡🤡🤡
I did find the toe bumper to be a little too lightweight!
