yea the guitar doesn't come close. . no offense cause he can definitely play better than me.. but it goes to show you how much a impact evh has with that tone... but I'm blown away by Jason on the drums.. He has his dad's talent for sure... very good to see sammy and mike still together
Vic Johnson doesn't cut it for me with these guitar parts. I mean we are talking about Eddie Van Halen's guitar parts for goodness sakes, but still. Vic just doesn't have the balls in his playing to me. I'm not Sammy's lead guitarist and it's not like I could do better, but I think Sammy can do better. That being said the band overall is really solid, Jason Bonham is a great addition!!!!
