Lmao i didnt know ppl where scared of this raid, but it makes sense most tanks like to be "battle tanks" i usually take big breaks from dcuo and even when i come back rusty and someone has me beat by 20-30 cr ill still end up being the one who takes more damage And surprisingly enough do more damage And for any of you "battle tanks" out there... the secret is dps isnt your job but if you pull enough youll usually end up doing a nice chunk of damage anyways
Im not scared but it would definitely be stressful keeping the pheonixes away from the others. Tanking can be very stressful, it can be a lot of pressure too. But it is also very useful for taking on open world bosses
I'm a fire tank so I focus on having a lot of health more than anything else but I still do focus on leveling other character stats up too health is just an important key to survival for all elemental tanks in combat I guess you are having more dominants on your character tank class also counts as well
I always insist on tanking these guys its literally only fun in game at the moment; If something stops being a challenge bound to become sloppy in the role. Also pretty impressive with atomic
Bruh niggas been doin dis since it came out . Solo tankin old raids isn’t a flex ngl. Especially these years we have arts, Allies, more sp, all type of stuff
I wasn't solo tanking, this was STU (save the universe) version of GOMe that scaled to our cr at the time and I was saying that every group I went into Tanks we're scared to tank the 7 they IMMEDIATELY went to the right soon we got to 2nd boss lol
@chrispena541 it is but tanks rely on it too much and get careless, Ngl tho I used to run it heavy myself but I went back to Symbol, Seven, Prototype combo.

Well, tanking isn't that hard when you have the arts and SP and a good healer that stays alive. These days it's more about popping shields, pulling, and running away from damage, being propped up by troll and healer shields and heals. Notice as soon as your healer went down, atomic damage absorption and heals weren't enough and you needed to pop soder. The thing with this game is most players are too elitist and won't help the less experienced tanks that struggle - They'd rather put down those tanks, and then wonder why there are less people that want to do it.
I definitely agree with you, alot of people are being carried etc and have it easy lol also I would've been fine without the healer yes I popped a soda but I had a sc, or a sd, or I could've put on laz real quick but the fastest was that soda lmao but I had plenty of times where I tanked this with no healer.
