You could use battle of stamina instead of stim. Max ho, skill duration +8.8% which is good because you want to be standing in your water. Stim has -mp %, i dint see why you would want that really. Your build works but i feel like it isnt optimized very well in certain areas.
just do cuz I want to be as tanky to just stand still face tanking. Don't really need whole bunch of mana, and duration idk I use skill everytime I reload , to cancel animation of the reload anyway. Could have done as u said
@@alanstriker218 would the blue flat hp mod give you more then? Its an 8 cost catalized, gives like 215% hp. Idk the numbers off the top of my head or remember what stim gives you for hp %. Food for thought

Why skill crit and crit dmg?
you can kill most solo bosses before rage mode if you grab the shoulder and make him down again ^^
I suggest using edging shot instead of weak point, I test it and it scales better especially with valby
