Ryan is another example of how wrong and uninformed those people are. I listen to Outlaw Country on Sirus XM radio Channel 60. Ryan Bingham has been on their playlist for a while. Real Country is alive and playing just not on commercial mainstream radio.

George Ryan Bingham (born March 31, 1981) is an Americana[3] singer-songwriter currently based in Los Angeles, California.[4] After receiving critical acclaim for his first two studio releases on Lost Highway Records, 2007's Mescalito and 2009's Roadhouse Sun, Bingham went on to collaborate with Grammy-winning producer T Bone Burnett on the soundtrack for the 2009 acclaimed film Crazy Heart, including notably co-writing and performing the film's award-winning theme song, "The Weary Kind". The title track earned Bingham an Academy Award, Golden Globe Award, and Critics' Choice Award for "Best Song" in 2010,[5] as well as a Grammy Award for "Best Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media" in 2011.[6] The Americana Music Association also honored Bingham with the organization's top award in 2010 as "Artist of the Year".[7] Bingham was born in Hobbs, New Mexico, grew up in West Texas and went to high school in Houston, Texas, at Westfield High School. Bingham got his first guitar as a 16-year-old when his mother bought him one. At the time, they were living in Laredo, Texas. Although he was fascinated by music, he left his guitar dormant in his closet for around a year, until Bingham's old neighbor, whom he used to drink beer with at his back porch, taught him a classical Mariachi song called "La Malaguena" in segments. Soon, he moved to the Fort Worth area in Texas, and with growing interest in playing music, he started seeking new songs to learn. Bingham started playing gigs in bars that he and his friends used to hang out in and that's how his career as a musician initially began.[13] en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_Bingham
Why are so many calling this country?? Not that there's a thing wrong with REAL country but he seems so much more than country. A little folksy in there
His music is incredible Got me thorough a loss of a very dear loved one Thank you for his beautiful words & voice I’m gonna see him in Santa Fe New Mexico in a few days If I could tip my hat to him I would give him a hawk feather A wonderful person I love his music
It hurts that I had to find this talented mans voice in Yellowstone. I love that series, but Im from Spain and this voice should be heard on every station across the world.
Lyrics I've been carrying my trouble In this pack strapped to shoulder Ever since I was a baby I've been running from everything I know Don't you tell me about my trouble Nobody knows about my trouble Nobody knows about my trouble Except for my baby and me I was born a cowboy Way out west in New Mexico Time's were tough, we had to let it go We moved to town but they couldn't move it out of me It was way down in my blood Thicker than anyone understood Nobody thought that I ever would Get away with the trouble in me And I've been carrying my trouble In this pack strapped to shoulder Ever since I was a baby I've been running from everything I know Don't you tell me about my trouble 'Cause nobody knows about my trouble Nobody knows about my trouble Except for my baby and me Well it didn't take too long For the pills in the bottom of a bottle To dig a deep grave with a shovel And bury everything that a young boy needs But I found me a guitar One lonely night in a border town My pain, I started to write it down But it wouldn't stay away from me I've been carrying my trouble In this pack strapped to my shoulder Ever since I was a baby I've been running from everything I know Don't you tell me about my trouble 'Cause nobody knows about my trouble Nobody knows about my trouble Except for my baby and me So I got the hell out of there Made my way up to the big town Checked myself into the lost and found What do you know, my baby come for me Now I'm living the good life Away from all of the bad advice I take every day like it's a paradise So people stay away from me I've been carrying my trouble In this pack strapped to my shoulder Ever since I was a baby I've been running from everything I know Don't you tell me about my trouble 'Cause nobody knows about my trouble Nobody knows about my trouble Except for my baby and me
I am too astonished I never heard of him. I watched yellowstone and heard him sing. I had to check him out, and what do you know he's the writer for songs in the movie crazy heart. I don't know how talent like this is not viral in the digital social media age that we live in. Incredible talent. His voice and lyrics give you that soul searching peace when listened to him.
The mic setup on this is perfect. Maintaining all the subtle clicks on the pick guard and everything but still crystal clear with the two other channels. Really dug this sesh.
Ryan pasó del rodeo a correr en la carretera, a tocar en pequeños conciertos... Tiene la voz para calmar a una manada de ganado inquieto, puedes apostar... El mejor talento que pasa desapercibido desde Kurt Vile... ....

His broken/crackling, deepish, heart felt voice is truly an amazing feature. Reminds me of John Wayne and many other older or forgotten ones.

I love Ryan Bingham. I always loved his music from Yellowstone and I've been listening ever since. Sometimes I have the same feelings and can relate❤.
This guy is criminally underrated! He reminds me of John Prine!

Amazing how an old man gets the vibe and deep feeling of listening to Bob Dylan back in their day.

The only guy singing real country music at the moment! Love this!
Why are so many calling this country?? Not that there's a thing wrong with REAL country but he seems so much more than country. A little folksy in there
SERGICAL, how in hell did you arrive at that conclusion?
Love Ryan's music, you are Yellowstone's Latino Heat 🔥🇺🇸🇲🇽
That was a damn good song!
Hope he gets it together. He’s a unique talent.
Oh he got it together
Gets what together?
He deserves way more credit. One of the only country singers I really want to see live
BUT is he really country? I'd say there's at least a touch of folk in there. Whatever it is, very nice mix
He already won a Grammy and an Oscar in 2010 for his song "The Weary Kind" written for the movie Crazy Heart
Thankful for Yellowstone for showing my this guy! Massive fan now all his albums are great!!!

Except for my baby and me
I was born a cowboy
Way out west in New Mexico
Time's were tough, we had to let it go
We moved to town but they couldn't move it out of me
It was way down in my blood
Thicker than anyone understood
Nobody thought that I ever would
Get away with the trouble in me
And I've been carrying my trouble
In this pack strapped to shoulder
Ever since I was a baby
I've been running from everything I know
Don't you tell me about my trouble
'Cause nobody knows about my trouble
Nobody knows about my trouble
Except for my baby and me
Well it didn't take too long
For the pills in the bottom of a bottle
To dig a deep grave with a shovel
And bury everything that a young boy needs
But I found me a guitar
One lonely night in a border town
My pain, I started to write it down
But it wouldn't stay away from me
I've been carrying my trouble
In this pack strapped to my shoulder
Ever since I was a baby
I've been running from everything I know
Don't you tell me about my trouble
'Cause nobody knows about my trouble
Nobody knows about my trouble
Except for my baby and me
So I got the hell out of there
Made my way up to the big town
Checked myself into the lost and found
What do you know, my baby come for me
Now I'm living the good life
Away from all of the bad advice
I take every day like it's a paradise
So people stay away from me
I've been carrying my trouble
In this pack strapped to my shoulder
Ever since I was a baby
I've been running from everything I know
Don't you tell me about my trouble
'Cause nobody knows about my trouble
Nobody knows about my trouble
Except for my baby and me

Love his music 🎵 wish I could meet him.❤
Awesome soul!
damn what a fine tune, hit me between the eyes with truth and clarity, which I relate to thru my own life's actions

This new album of his is STELLAR! Going to buy it tonight.
His voice is beautiful ❤
The mic setup on this is perfect. Maintaining all the subtle clicks on the pick guard and everything but still crystal clear with the two other channels. Really dug this sesh.
CONGRS Ion double platinum. You have no idea how you have changed my life. You r awesome. Thanks for bringing me back to a life to be proud of
Ryan pasó del rodeo a correr en la carretera, a tocar en pequeños conciertos... Tiene la voz para calmar a una manada de ganado inquieto, puedes apostar... El mejor talento que pasa desapercibido desde Kurt Vile... ....
He's back ! New album is absolutely stellar , playing it non-stop !
