Finally someone shows this. Nurturing energies. Calmness awareness is easily accessible in laying down with body opening up. So simple but also very detailed.

Adamus St. Germain is stalking me!
He stalks me like a psychopath!
He uses MY body in a disgusting way!
I am tortured, abused / mentally and physically, although these words have too narrow a scope and do not reflect the range of situations that I have experienced and still experience.
It is not my words or body sensations that are being thrown at me, I feel like I am on a leash, not myself.... etc.
I am constantly so "torn"/"torn" that the only solution is to commit suicide.
It is very likely that I will finally manage to do it (I have tried many times) and thus escape from this situation.
Warn other people so they don't end up like me!

😢Question for you what does it mean when you cry through mediation? Sadhu 😊❤

Crying during meditation is just a state that a practitioner may experience.

In the Platform Sutra, Master Hui Neng, the Six Patriach of Zen school, explained that deep concentration was more than just sitting in meditation.
Sitting in meditation is only one of many methods to practicing deep concentration.
Except for sitting in meditation, there are infinite methods to achieve deep concentration.
Meditation is not being attached to any external phenomena (i.e. to all changing forms).
Concentration is inwardly sustaining the mind of tranquility.
Do not attach to all changing forms, while maintain the mind of stillness, is to practice meditative concentration.
A higher level of deep concentration or Samadhi can exist in all acts of daily lives. i. e. walking, resting, sitting, lay down etc.
The most efficient and effective method to attain meditative concentration is chanting the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha.

@@saddha1 Chinese seek Buddhism from India 2000 years ago. It was the during the Tang Dynasty the emperor send envoy to invite teachers from India to teach them Buddhism.
No Chinese masters dare to alter anything in the Sutras brought from India till today.
Master Shandao, the de facto founder of China's Pure Land school and an incarnation of Amitabha Buddha, was born in the 9th year of the Daye period of the Sui Dynasty (613).
The Japanese came to China and learned from Grand Master Shandao.
In Japan, there worship him as their grand master.
Today, some Japanese Buddhists masters want India, China and the others to follow their version of Buddhism.
      Any logic?
Besides what you are promoting does not exist in the Big Buddhist Cannon.
      🙏🙏🙏Amitabha Buddha
