Making my Witcher costume

Been watching a ton of crafting TH-cam channels to get ideas for making foam cosplay pieces and decided to be the Witcher this year for Halloween.
I cut all templates from construction paper first and sized them on my body before cutting the materials.

To make the sword:
Eva foam
wooden dowel
craft wood pieces
leather chord
To make the bracers:
Eva foam
black vinyl
1” buckles

To make the chest armor:
