If you back this new way of working that is supposedly coming in , with offices losing bulk parcels and walks being made bigger etc then obviously the CWU has no interest in the thoughts of frontline staff and are just in it for themselves as usual. This is just a keep everyone quiet and in line move by EP group while they get in place and then I can see all these assurances and agreements being ripped up
CWU, EP Group is buying the IDS the present owner of Royal Mail with all its losses and mounting debt, will it be able to sustain itself if they made all part timers to full timer also, Mail Centres work goes to those 2 Super Hubs, they are busy at certain times and with changing coming for USO will all those part timers - will still being made to full timer?

CWU HQ pension deficit is 80 million. Best bet would be some other union to take us over but the current lot will fight it to the last pound as this way can do whatever they like. I struggle to see how Terry Pullinger would have not come up with better deal before the dispute. Now we have demoralised membership including reps but you will keep hearing what a good deal this is and is legally fucking binding bullshit
£15/hr minimum... We're slightly over minimum wage right now which is ridiculous!
Union rep in my office is only interested in his own thing
Very true
Blah, blah, blah. Give us a vote on a new CWU leader.
When do we find out who gets full time from the those who are on the uplifting contracts?

I agree with you 100%
Absolutely in our office they want to make us 5 hour delivery spans absolutely ridiculous
Only way you could regain my trust will be to sack all management that have bin involved in this total mess

Wasn't the last agreement " legally binding"?
How did that go?
Get rid of bullying managers
Sold out again. You lot don't deserve a fresh start.
Manage the workload…??? The only way to do this is employ more staff reduce walk spans so our walks are covered when we are off
Isn't this the brief that went out last night??
Total disaster from everyone involved!
How? It sounds good. Current RM board don't give a shit about the company 🤷🏻
@@Billy_W What makes you think the new owner will? I just think it should be privatised and stay British owned
You want us to trust labour 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Bit of a problem that one
When is the likely time scale for the takeover of royal mail
Strike 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
No mention of when part timers will be made up to full time?
Three months after take over. Same time New bonus 10% of profits into scheme. Oh sorry missed the target by 0.01%
Exactly who gets full time and who doesn’t?

After another day of burnout, i hope at least something improves after all this..........

Just don't even think about striking again because it won't work! 😂
No point in a union then.....but I agree it won't work. Not with Frawd in charge 'going forward'
Royal Mail is finished.Jobs way to big which the CWU know about but done fuck all about it.Time to get out
No need to have a strike agreement. He seen how the CWU fucked up the last strike action
@randybackgammon890 Yes. Striking rarely works in this day and age. The 2022 pantomime cost the posties and customers more than anyone else!
@@Afrogometry Complete waste of time last time they did it! We could see it had no chance of working months before it began!
