A delicious roast duck cooked in the cosori with roast potatoes also done in the cosori ,with veg and gravy
Heya, I love your videos. I have been using Cosori since last year. My first one was the dual blaze, I now have the TurboBlaze and this dual zone one.
I don't know if you know by now and have figured it out, but if you just want to use just the right draw on its own or if you want to turn a drawer off if its cooked quicker than you thought, just press and hold down for a few seconds, the drawer that you want to turn off. So if you just want to use the right drawer and turn off the left one, press and hold L for a few seconds and it will turn off.
One thing I did find a bit annoying, is that when you switch it off and back on again, it remembers your last cooking session settings. For me I just reset the whole machine at the end of the last cooking session by pressing and holding L and R at the same time for a few seconds and this resets the machine back to all the default settings. Wanted to let you know just in case. Hope this helps. Gav
I must be old fashioned, I still like the oven.
I appreciate people who work long hours may find this method useful though.
I always used the good old slow cooker for long days at work.
My mother always put a splash of water in her Yorkshire pudding mix along with a dot of English mustard.
Always turned out lovely like your Amanda.
@@gillianphillipson2487 it's not just the time things take, it's the amount of money you save, which is amazing!!!
I’ve never seen anyone add the extra Yorkshire pudding batter to the gravy before as a thickener, but it seems to do the job. That was one thing about my mother’s gravy , it was always very thin and had to have cornflour and water mixed together added to thicken it.
Loved the review Amanda and thank you so much for posting while on holiday. Hope you two are having a great time. Love the review and love the advice on how to use air fryers. I’m new to them. So grateful for the advice. I have a little itty bit cosorie but I absolutely love it so far. Especially when it’s just me and the boys. It’s so handy. Xx
Hi mand. That duck looked delicious. You enjoy your well deserved rest. Love Marilyn xx
The Corsori looks brilliant. So does your dinner, even though it’s duck. I’m not a lover of it myself, but I do cook it for others in the family xxxx
You can use either drawers left or right , if you want to use right drawer just hold down the R button for a few seconds it will beep then light up to use that right side or do the same hold down L button for a few seconds it will beep to start using the left side .you can also change the Celsius to fahrenheit by holding down the temp time button if your following a recipe in Fahrenheit from the US
I think when you're using the plates in the drawers you dont have to take food out and turn it. The underside cooks at the same time.
Just ordered thanks for the discount Mand and Ian, I only have a tower one which is more like a mini oven, I have never had one with the drawers, cant wait for it to come and have a play around with it. It might take me a while to get my head around it ( you know I am getting on a bit) but it will be fun playing around with it and the book will be interesting. I dont have a dishwasher ( well I have Dave lol) keep having a drink for me over in Turkey love as ever Maggie xx
Hope you enjoy it! X
The Cosori is the easiest one that i've used so far, the instructions arn't the best and there's no recipes with it, took me about 5 minutes to work it all out,
I love it when Ian says it's 'banging', you know its going to be a good dinner. x
I hope missy enjoyed her treat xxx
Really love Cosori, unfortunately I can't afford the twin fry. Hope you enjoy your holiday & thanks for all your recipes
Brilliant video thanks. Maureen xxxx
You are so welcome Maureen x
Was surprised to see this today as you’re away, I hope you’re both relaxing. What temperature did you do the Yorkshire puds on? I’m going to make mine and freeze them ready for Christmas.
We did this review before we went away and cosori asked us to schedule it for today as its the amazon prime day event 👍
Looks so yummy I will definitely have a go 😊❤
Wow what a dinner lucky you guys xxxx.
Delicious plate of food 😊 I’m going to try cooking duck. For first time 😊
Hope you enjoy x
I haven't had duck forever!!! I don't do roasts for myself, I'll have to get someone who likes duck to come for dinner! 😊
Yum Amanda this meal looks gorgeous, and those potatoes and the Yorkshire puddings look beautiful. Now I’m starving. I’m so glad you made the Yorkshire puddings the way you did cos last time I made them they looked ok but didn’t taste real good. I think I didn’t cook them long enough. How high do you have your oven for baking them please. I want to try them again cos I love them. Enjoy your footy match and your lovely dinner, and have a great week both of you.
220 to get the fat hot then down to 200 to bake them x
@@thedinnerlady9180 thanks heaps Amanda I’ll have a go in a few days, appreciate the reply.
Ive had a cosori and a ninja, and i actually prefered the Ninja for uts pressure cooker feature.
Now, though, i have a Hiseppienta, which is a nice oven system.
Just a question, wasnt there an "all" setting, as most duals ive seen had an all feature.
😅
Or doesnt this model have it?.
Was just a weird way of doing it i thought.
No this one didn't x
Good video. What is the name of Ian's channel please ?

How do you make shortbread please @dinner lady Maureen ❤
I'll do it x
@@thedinnerlady9180 thanks hun 😘
No green vegetable ! Wasn't very impressed with the air fryer. Thank you. I do enjoy your videos 😊
Looks tasty
You should have kept the duck do Mand.
😊😊
Really do not rate cosori, the quality of the products is rubbish compared to ninja.
I’ve never used a Cosori, but I’m very happy with my Ninja Dual, very good quality machine, I‘e also got a HySapientia airfryer oven which is also very good quality.
I've had the Instant Brand, the Ninja 400, and the 22ltr Hysapentia, and now this Cosori, the Instant Brand was much better than the Ninja, just could not get on with the Hysapentia, so far the Cosori beats them all, can't fault the build quality or how easy it is to use,
Corsori are amazing very good quality and they give 2 year guarantee
I ordered a Ninja and when it arrived the silver coating on the edges and handles were bubbling. Also the front panel was warped.
I guess they used to make good quality items I've seen reviews showing similar poor workmanship. Also look at their own website and see the poor reviews of some of their products
Airfryer is rubbish !
We all have different tastes x
