Guys Those who are saying that he is taking too much while solving this. As a matter of fact, he is doing this so to teach us. He is not taking any test but teaching us thoroughly so that we can understand it easily. Apart from this, reading fastly depends on you. If you are good in taking ideas easily then you can read fast. So, instead of judging him read newspaper and increase your own speed. Then, after that work on his concepts. So, you will not say such kind of things then.
Many thanks for your tips and techniques, one additional comment want to add that is as per your advice is good to practice at home like going each line by line and understanding the required word but in real time exam where you will get only 60 mini these line by line only helps to cover 30-32 question. It is hard to cover all the question if we spend time like how you are doing. It is just my thoughts
One of the reason people have issues in reading is the time,in exams condition there is no time for all this process. It's just to scan through the passage n pick the answer

Hlo , i score 30 in cambridge reading test (27 32) but yesterday i scored 15 in british council practise test and at that time i have lost my hope 😔
