I have become a "curmudgeon" myself over the years (now at 68) about trappings (spiritual objects), and the masks of most of the "new age" and "shamanic" circles, realizing they are just tools that can get in the way of REAL spiritual wisdom. I quit "studying" about 10 years back, realizing that the REAL study happens internally and is extremely personal. Information still comes to me from the external world, but I have learned both to see it, but just "allow" it to come to me when and where Great Mystery and my Highest Self guide me. I learned much from this podcaster...Thanks Alex and all your guests.

Coming from Japan, the first time that I vividly remember how English language is enslaving the speaker to the ego. When someone asked me about a piece of object in the room and I didn't understand their question. I simply thought, oh well,,, that's white and red. The group I was in looked at me like I was stupid. They were expecting me to have an opinion about that object. I neither like nor disliked it. And I remember thinking "do I need to have an opinion about EVERYTHING in this universe to be able to speak in English?" Japanese language doesn't use "I" "you" "they" "we" most of the time so it tends to be more descriptive without the need to have one's opinion about the subject or object.

Not sure how to say this. I have always seen a world without war. Since I was a small child. I have never understood war. Or the call for it. And as the years have gone by, even though I have known that human history is rife with it, fighting is just not the way. It is our struggle within. We were not created apart. Individual, yes, but that never meant separation. That's as silly as the raindrops fighting each other to see who hits the earth first. They don't. They'll all get there. Time to remember what we are, what To Be means, which is the unending root of I Am. We all Are. Once that is realized, the rest - whatever keeps us not knowing that, is just silly. Love and delight and pure joy to all. ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉

@roland1912 Curiously, I have always thought wars started at home. If we tolerate family members fighting, being used as scapegoats, hurt, humiliated, etc, then it's taught to the children to accept it. From there, it spreads to neighborhoods, schools, jobs, and on and on. But first, we're taught that's the way it is.

I will never stop being a warrior for the innocent, the abused, the trafficked, the tortured, the poverty stricken, the marginalized, the children, the animals, nature, and the oppressed.
I can be a compassionate warrior when need be, and a fierce one if need be. And defend what is right. I will never bypass that and my power to make change just so I can say Iʻm spiritual.
I think we are here to do those things and let the light work through us to help others in less fortunate and very dire situations.

@ time 1:25:00 I wrote down what the guides say.
“we will only say one thing, the book itself is an oracle, a treatise in being in the high octave for the benefit of all one encounters. When you begin to vibrate at a level of tone, where what you encounter is called to you to be reclaimed or renowned in high order of the upper room, you are doing the work of love. Your doing the work of source of all things. Come as you. Indeed god sees god in all of its creation when you operate as the true self. You are not discriminating and deciding who is allowed and who is worthy of love and who you should hide your purse from. Your realizing yourself at a level of tone where the manifestation of the world is altered by your encounter with it. That is what we teach. You all have the ability to do this, you must say yes and say I’m willing to serve period. “
Thats exactly what I've been learning to do. this was very intriguing and helpful. Much gratitude for this channel! :)

Paul Selig gets right in the heart of the matter with no guile, no pretense. I haven't watched this yet, but I already know what to expect. The guides have really elevated my meditations with their wisdom & mantras - the action of fear is to claim more fear. Love, non-judgement is the only solution. I know who I am in truth, I know what I am in truth, I know how I serve in truth. God IS, God IS, God IS. Behold I make all things new. I am in the upper room.

The issue of forgiveness was taught by Jesus in exactly this way . Jesus reinforced this by forgiving those who crucified him . He thus freed himself from those energetic ties with those who did this to him . They were not let off the hook and it is not passive in any way . This example frees the individual but it does not release those who committed the wrong from accountability from their actions and their lessons to be learned .

The ultimate truth is simple, it is nothing more than the pristine state of mind. God is a state of pure Being, pure awareness, pure consciousness. That is your very Self, your true Self.
It is not a matter of becoming the Self, but of realizing that you never were not the Self.
Unless man is simple, he cannot recognize God( pure awareness I AM), the simple one.

Alex I’d like to make a very good point, you made the comment that someone who has a low vibration cannot do this work. I’ve experienced a medium who put me on this path of spiritual growth and was just arrested for domestic violence against his partner. Many people reached out to me about it because I recommended him to many people and my comment is that it is very unfortunate that he’s been able to help so many people but can’t seem to help himself. I’d like to see what some of your guests have to say about that. We are all still human I guess.

Yes...I worked with many healers, etc over the years. Unfortunately, two of them turned out to be less than stellar in their personal lives. It was disappointing. But like you said, it's part of being human.

I totally understand it when he says, “it just was” . It’s hard to understand unless you experienced it. It’s like being lifted above the names and labels and simply co existing with everything around you. I guess that’s how we would be without the programming

Heartfelt thank you both for Paul's beautiful sharing and fantastic questions from Alex:) Totally resonated with Paul's message of realising we are all One Consciousness, going beyond the separations and divisions that have tormented and wrecked this beautiful planet for so long and coming home to realising that we can remember and manifest our wholeness, it is our birthright and everyone's unique gifts are needed now, love and gratitude

  • @sarahfreedom2013

I am so glad you both covered the topics of division, war and the spiritual ego. As we all have our own journey to walk and lessons to embrace, I think the saddest thing I've seen in the past couple of years is.. how people claiming to be spiritually "woke", are still creating division and separation through jumping on these vaccination or veganism bandwagons, for a smaller example. I've been in certain spiritual communities where they will shun someone who got a vaccination or eats the wrong foods. Instead of allowing everyone to be a part of the larger journey of oneness. Covid created such separation and continues to do so amoung all the other forms of division at a huge scale across our planet.. You would think the goal for all spiritual "woke" ones is connectivity, collaboration, and peace with unity of ALL with love... from a space of love and understanding.

Hello… well Thank You, again… Amazing… so this journey I have been on, is not as I began. I’ve become someone a new, at 38, quitting drinking was my first beginnings it’s taking me 20 years to get here since my awakening Charlie’s ghost experiences 2002. Social anxiety has held me back.
Since 2007, it’s been a very different experience for my existence, your channel has helped me understand the unspoken,… I’ve never heard before and I only thought my mind was open, willing and I asked, that’s why I receive. Your channel, your guest, now I can see a greater pattern, thinking I’ve begun understanding my own self worth, this is big for me, because I came from under the pedestal, so the universe has other plans for my future. Thank You for you.

Dear Alex, your podcast and all its incredible guests has changed me in so many ways I definitely couldn’t have anticipated. Thank you, for all that you do. I hesitated saying what I’m about to share, exactly because I value and appreciate everything offered, so deeply. I am aware (from what you have mentioned about it before) that you tend to use somewhat click-baitish titles to reach more people, and probably especially those who might otherwise not see this amazing and important content. I get that… yet I can’t help wondering if it’s really necessary after all…. or maybe not anymore? I don’t know, but there are times I myself want to share a video with someone, and often I do; but sometimes I hesitate when, regardless of the amazing content, its title would make more of a negative or silly impression to people I know. I guess today’s video prompted me to try to share something, because Paul right away says it’s not about a battle… but then the title implies he does. Anyway…I hope I’m making sense…I really don’t want you or anyone to feel bad….obviously it will never stop me from watching, enjoying and learning because the content means everything to me. I do understand where you’re coming from, too. And I respect that as well. It’s just my personal opinion/ experience! Always be true to yourself. I’m not a TH-camr either, so I’m not experiencing your side of it. I also see the humor in it as well, and maybe that’s part of the equation. 🤗
❤🙏🏼 With Love, Gratitude and Grace- Saskia
