Funko chases are simply 1 per case of 6. So they aren't as crazy rare as Supers at all, HOWEVER the demand for them scales with the demand for the character, then multiplied if it's an exclusive instead of a common which means much more limited distribution (only sent to hot topic OR box lunch OR walmart OR funko shop OR target OR chalice, etc). So you take a desired character, with an exclusive sticker, and the chase can immediately turn into super-like pricing at 60-150+, which makes people go out and track them down even more diligently... and that value can hold if the stock sells out and isn't re-stocked. ... Jinbe from the video is from a popular franchise One Piece, but it's not an exclusive and it's probably one of the least desired characters of the whole line. It's still worth about 30 US, but basically all other One Piece chases are going to be much higher.
I have seen many cases opened and it wasn’t 1 in 6. I think it’s 500 per 10,000
