Really solid guide, I have to note that putting the sparrow on the front of the dinghy rather than the back will make it spawn more consistently and have to ask what the purpose of exiting the hanger in an aircraft was since you can just enter the hanger and then warp to your sub and still have the same effect
Oh really? I didn't know that it was just entering the hanger and warping would be enough. Back when I first found it on a thread they said to land an aircraft so that's why I did it. Thanks for letting me know 👍
@@hMint Yeah you’re welcome, hopefully rockstar doesn’t patch the sparrow dupe glitch with the update, and you can also move the camera angle while driving the kosatka to prevent the buoys from rendering in and hitting the back fins of the kosatka
@@Mortifer23 unfortunately I think the hanger is the only place you can get the run glitch going, though I don't think it's a big deal since there's not a lot of places you gotta run in anyway. Unless you have everything you need and only the hanger is left to buy, then you don't need to blow your money on it

Had an opportunity to create one on console, when the camera under the map glitch still works, couldnt create the job cuz the lobby camera needs to be closer to the trigger, but i could place the trigger is under a mountain in tataviam mountain

Essentially you'd call a contact (preferrably Agent 14/Pegasus/Simeon) during a line of dialogue and hang up immediately or before the line of dialogue is finished. This will skip it so it gets to the important piece of dialogue that lets you trigger the hack. You'll repeat the call until you get the triggered line
I'm not a speed runner but the doc is really helpful thanks :) tbh I made my own warp for merry weather so I can blow up the heli but mostly I just use guided missels
I tried practicing the sparrow landing in random spots in the water, it always falls into the water after a minute or 2 but I would imagine when its that far it will unload and be unable to fall so it dosent matter?
Sorry vid is a bit outdated but you don’t need the heli at all. You just go into your hanger and then leave/warp away and you’ll be able to run in interiors
yeah some of these things are only on pc, and a lot has changed since this video was made. Rockstar has patched some pretty big strats when it comes to actually running the heist. May make a video on the current day cayo heist if I have any energy to do so lol
@@Wolterhon hey i'm a crew mate and friend from the job creator. So i can tell you it's not a modded custom job, it's created with just the vanilla job creator.
It was destroyed after you have started the prep mission which "despawns" the sparrow. It has happened to me loads of times, it's just the sparrow being a bitch and falling into the water So after you land the sparrow on the boat, you should wait a few seconds to see if it's really planted. Since even if you warp away the object still has physics being calculated which means it can still slide off
I need a little help when I go in cayo perico and I see the sparrow and I try to get on it I can't and I don't know why the sparrow is not smoking or its smoking but its the white smoke
Any time you can’t get in the sparrow (smoking or not, though the smoke comes from damage when landing which is common to see so no issues there), it means it fell off during the time of your warp and setup. My only advice is to make sure the sparrow stays still on the boat and not touch any controls when you’re setting up. It’s a common problem you’re running into, lots of runners also have to deal with this too unfortunately.

Put dingys on where the plane's spawn would be, just like how it is done at the merryweather warehouse with the boats on the roof. It might take you a few tries to get the boat spawn dead right tho.
Unfortunate you gotta fly all the way, if my memory serves me correctly I’ve tested it and it didn’t work. Side note this sparrow spawn also works with the agency so if you’re agency is closer then maybe use that instead

Can i ask something, whenever i job warp to the Kosatka, my character just parachutes and land outside freaks out immensely then warps into the "fake interior" because i wasn't able to access the heist panel
@@nhipham9043 which job have you bookmarked? I'd assume your currect bookmarked one is outdated, it's probably made by Vil and I think the spawn point they used was switched in an update. Look for MoriTheCat's kosatka warp and try it out
@@hMint It did not work so i assumed it had to do something with my settings because of Rockstar wonky settings (like how you need shader at medium in order to park your Kosatka) and i turned Extended Distance Scaling from 100 to 0% and it worked flawlessly
To my knowledge you should be able to, the glitch has been around since Cayo has been out basically. If it isn’t fixed now on PC I doubt R* will do anything on consoles
@@Mortifer23 to my knowledge somewhat, most of the time it has a pretty good chance of not working if you're in a big public lobby. Since the peer-to-peer server connection is absolute dogshit but with invite only I have no problems.

For some reason when I teleport to the docks, it always spawns a Buzzard, and not a Cargobob. What do I do to get it to spawn correctly?
Call lester and ask for a helicopter and if you get the wrong blow it up, then call again its like a 50% change of being a cargobob

He warped *under* the map with a bugged/modded custom job that has its mission marker under the map where the kosatka interior is located.

What about forcing the right Velum spawn?

If you've bookmarked them in social club and they don't show up then I'd guess not, if I remember correctly custom jobs don't work on across platforms
