Its quite easy. Take the strand you want to spike. Spray it with strong hairspray and then backcomb it. When're finished spray the hair again with spray... That's it:)

I think some people are saying he looks ugly because it kind of looks like he has no chin or that his jaw might be misaligned which is making his mouth look off center. But anywho, WOW the power of make up. People need to stop worrying about their looks so much and comparing themselves to others because in truth we all have flaws and if we all walked around with no make up we would all be able to see that.
