Boroughs* but yeah most definitely they should. I love how this game added Queens in this game and how you could actually swing and move across the Queensbridge. Then again in the ultimate Spider-Man universe, Peter lives in Queens, NYC
@@christianaupont8924 he doesn’t just live there in the ultimate universe pretty much every universe Peter lives in queens before he graduates high school
Why is it more enjoyable to watch web-swinging in this old game than it is in the PS4 games? Honestly. I think Ultimate is still my all-time favorite Spider-Man (and Venom) game. Love it on Gamecube/PS2/etc., love it on GBA
I think it's because this game's mechanics are more manual whereas PS4 Spider-Man was somewhat automatic and would correct mistakes (in Ultimate, if you hit a wall, your momentum ceases. In the newer games, you go into a wallrun). Essentially, this game is more hard to learn which makes it impressive when you get the hang of it. Now, I still love playing the new game's webswinging as it offers a smoother experience with turns and point launching, but I like this one too.
These were great graphics to because it was from the static rendering generation, now that ps5 can use static rendering technology again , I really hope the games get better instead of feeling so cheap with bright graphics sometimes, games feel hollow without the static rendering which is why everyone remembers PS2 days like it was golden besides nostalgia, from PS3 to PS4 generation, games mostly and only used dynamic tendering so we can get more personal focus on the camera angles and interact with more dimensions within battles inside games but I hope these developers can really put in the hard work now and focus on dlcs after
out of all the old ps2 games I had before my old one broke this is the hardest for me to decide to buy again. I remember having this game as a kid but I was only 6 so I didn't really know what to do especially because I didn't understand side missions were mandatory to move forward. The commercials made seem like you could do what ever you wanted. So I was expecting something a little easier especially since It was my first spiderman game. I've thought about buying it again now as I think I'd know better what to do and enjoy but it's so expensive I'm still not sure it's worth buying especially since its cost twice as much as it did when my grandmother bought it for me the first time and barely played it unless my brother helped me.
When i get my ps5 ill play Spider-Man 2 ps5 But i hipe they add queens and brooklyn cuz when they do Will play as Peter in queens most if the time And Miles in Brooklyn Ans sometimesill use peter to go to queens like a visting Spider-Man You get the idea
*ONE OF THE BEST SPIDEY GAMES EVER PLAYED, made the PS2 worth playin just for this game alone, it’s no wonder this game costs ALOT $$$$$ these days for those who wanna replay that, that’s saying something lol I miss these comic book vibes In a video game*
Always loved roaming around the city as a kid and saving people and fighting thugs and stuff. Looking back at it now, the main story feels like a “one and done” thing for me. Not something I’d particularly frequently do more than once. (Maybe once in a blue moon?)
@@БогданКрименюк I’m going to assume why that is right now. Ultimate has a more interesting and better story, aged better (which every game does age but it still counts), you can play as venom, better voice acting, more memorable soundtrack (I know the pizza time them is extremely memorable but that’s about all I can remember from Spider-Man 2’s soundtrack), better bosses, is better: I still find both games good but ultimate is just more fun.
Bruh Spider-Man 2 ps5 should take sum notes. Add sum of NYC boroughs and add the ability to gain altitude by climbing his own web while swinging.

well
This was the only game to make me feel the comic book vibes 😍
Most definitely especially with having more than one borough
Swinging in this game still holds up
I used to turn this on and swing around for hours.

@@cadethumann8605 now new PS5 Spider-Man you can fully turn off/reduce the web swinging. It much slower and you can find your swing playstyle
This Spider-Man has better gameplay than the Spider-Man in Marvel Avengers 😂

we can all agree as kids, we didnt care at all about the graphics, to us this looked and felt real

Still mad that the sequel was cancelled
And it was confirmed by the creator that Brooklyn and Coney Island were going to be added to the map
