Hehe, I know how this must have felt, I once went to this sale/auction kind of thing from the national railways in The Netherlands and knew my brother had always wanted to have one of the plastic sign-sheets of the displays that show the departure time of certain trains and so we bought one for him. I think I was 12 at the time and was about as tall as the sign and could barely reach the ends of the thing with my arms completely extended. My mom said it looked absolutely hilarious seeing me walk through the enormous hall of one of the biggest trainstations in The Netherlands because people basically saw a walking sign and were confused as to how that could be :P. Never knew the mechanism that holds the dots in place is actually that easily to disassemble, I now understand why some buses had a bunch of them lying at the bottom of the casing :P.

Yep has been in the yard for 3 years as someone had paid the deposit for it but cancelled the order in the end
EDS was not working when tested so I took a gamble and bought it. Worst case is that the eds be used for spare parts

I remembered Intrakota in KL used to use this EDS too on certain turbocity buses in 1997-98
It must of been a pain in the ass to get in the bus without dropping the destination board

Fortunately though, some bus enthus went to the scrapyard and salvage an EDS screen from a Dennis Lance, before being scrapped.
