Looks more like a studio apartment. Not much closets to put your stuffs. This ideal for a single person.
True. Ideal for growing kids too. But for adults it looks dull, not cozy to chill in the room. Earth tones should be there, well great to see yung potted plants sa dining table.

I love the modern minimalist design. The only thing I find lacking and very important to me is the shoes storage cabinet placed at the entrance. I don’t like the idea of bringing dirt and bacteria from the outside into my bedroom if you keep your shoes in the bed frame storage cabinet.

Relocate d shoes. Never under ur bed.Find a modern mirrored hall cabinet 4 shoes. Custom made.
Nice color choice.Can add a pop of color on you throw pillows & bed,possibly furs.It will elevate d 2 posh.

Hi Lalaine. It was made by urban scope designs ( instagram.com/urban_scope_designs?igshid=YzA2ZDJiZGQ= ) . We did the full major renovation so the total cost is 1.8 M. Generally it ranges from 1M and above. Really depending on the materials you pick. I would recommend to reach out to Architect Leng of Urban scope designs to get a more accurate quote. they don’t care naman kung sborang liit ung sa location sila nakakabawi. Pero ako mas gusto ko ung enough space for me and my siblings and nieces kahit nasa Paranaque lang maalapit na din sa bgc, makati.

Hello, how’s the water heater attachment for the shower?
Architect Leng added electric heater under the cabinet in restroom. It works great and at the same time it is hidden. We have heated water for shower and toilet sink.

Usually po depende sa material and design kaya recommend ko po na mag inquire para sa accurate na quote sa urban scope design ( ito ung IG nya : instagram.com/urban_scope_designs?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= ). Pinili namin halos lahat ng options at mga upgrade sa restroom , kitchen at bedroom. Kasama na ring ung mga furniture kaya umabot sa 1.8M. Dipende rin sa budget nyo ,magrerecommend ng materials and design si Architect Leng.
