I have not. Most I have installed are prepped for 4.5” hinges. I don’t think the barrel of the hinge would be a problem tho for most of the trim styles I have seen.
I’m not sure. I’m a union carpenter in Northern California so that can be googled to find my wage. Don’t really have an hourly rate because the company I works for bids the jobs. Thanks for checking out the channel! 😎
