Owner Assist Fiberglass Pool Install Phase 1

We hired a company which offers semi-DIY fiberglass pool installs.
The homeowner acts as the general contractor.
In this phase you will see the site selection, grading markings, dig, pool arrival and unload, pool setting, some of the plumbing and the general grading.
Everything you see here started at 8:45 AM and ended at 6:45ish. The excavator was 2:30 hours late. The skid steer was 6 hours late. Had the equipment been on time, we would have wrapped up with better grading close to 4:30ish.
Super simple, you can do it.
