Nice place, but wow, 7,000 per month for the common fee seems crazy to me.
damn. Yes is completely crazy. I used to pay 8k rent (common fee included) on a building with gym, sauna, snooker and other amazing common areas. The building was new. Of course an apartment is different but 7k of common fees in thailand per month is insane.
@@CarlosBrancoForex Pool and yard maintenance isn't cheap not including all the HOA fees and security for gated communities. Houses in Thailand require new paint often along with a lot of other hidden costs that add up over time. Do your homework before buying. It's often cheaper to rent and way less hassle
@@brucebaker3523 Yes i agree. In thailand renting is super cheap.Also the construction quality much of the time is cardboard so it's really better option to keep moving.
Estate fees seems very expensive @ 7K per month.
