When google form did not exist, how these data gathering, collating data was done? I ask because sometimes the company has many excessive security rescriction that do allow the employee to use google forms, thus need to use different methods.
good tutorial, but how to made a chart from spécifiques responses ? for example i want to know the responses from favorites music but not from all people just the reponses from the womens and add a chart and from the mens and add another chart ? how to do that ? thx
dadou59400 Thank you for the comment. If I understand your question, I think you would need to use a combination of the "filter" function and "countif" formula. If others have done this successfully, feel free to chime in.
Mr. Ben Dykhouse! Use this for example : =countifs('page1'!$E:$E;A7;'page1'!$C:$C;"women") countifs it's a function to found responses in a page ("page1"!) in a specific column ($E:$E) we want to found for a value (A7) and this value it's in a specific column with a specific other value ($c:$c;"women") A7=yes for example the question is : do you like country music ? The respondents are men or women and the possible response is yes or no. I hope i help you with my poor english lol.
I have 25 questions with one/multiple choice , text and likert. It blows my mind how I will put all that in charts. Isn't a way to download what is displayed in the summary but COMPLETE?
hi, great video it helped me a lot, but i was wondering is there is a way i can get like a ratio of two or more answers. like the people who said they like pop music, where do most of them live? things like that
Why does the sum come bigger than the number of people who took my survey each time ? Say I have 100 responses, when I use the COUNTIF function it gives me something like 69 and 33 (which equals 102 ! whereas I only have 100) !! It's driving me crazy. Thank you
That was incredibly helpful, thank you very much. I have to say though that it was incredibly long for no reason, and it could've been shorter. Made me think at first that it would take me all this time when in fact it did't.. Thanks for your efforts anyway man.. saved my ass
The video title of “in Google Forms” is sloppy … this is merely about making charts (which could be ANY data, not just Responses), and not passing the charts back to Google Forms.
This might be the best video I've ever seen on TH-cam. Thank you so much! This is so easy to follow.
You and Susan Curtis saved me today. Thanks!!!
