This case almost mirrors the Gareth Pursehouse case. The ex bf confessed. Once he had time, he recanted, but he confessed completely on his own before being questioned. All her injuries were to her neck & head, with a knife. That's personal. I don't think this man did it. They're using his criminal lifestyle against him. Most thieves are not killers. The defendant's testimony with his attorney might have been planned between the two of them. On the other hand, the testimony almost sounds like it's a 50/50 between guilty and not guilty. But there are still some parts of the testimony that don't make sense, like him trying to stay away from bystanders and his decision to touch the dead body before walking away. The state's examination on him will have to show evidence of the knife, his phone being tracked, and any videos of him entering or exiting Woll's home.
