    The lake color doesn’t seem to be turquoise as you would see in many photo, was it just that day? Thanks and a great video.

    Great video, I was fortunate to be there last year but it was a little foggy due to the fires.
    Keep up the good work and be safe out there.

      6.5 hrs round-trip for me. The first two lakes are almost adjacent to each other.

    How long did the roundtrip to second lake take you? (Hours)
    Amazing content by the way!:)

      9.5 miles to Glacier. You can walk around the first big lake to big spire go straight up chute to Glacier. The Moraine is a bitch though. GOOGLE EARTH 🌎

      It took me 6.5 hrs for the entire round-trip from the day hike parking lot. Am a relatively slow hiker and so it is easily doable in far less time by some people.

    Nice Video - enjoyed it. what camera do you shoot with ? and you don't use a gimble ?

    • @KevinEassa
      @KevinEassa  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sony a7iii and the Sony a7riii, I use a gimbal on commercial projects and shoots but for a lot of hiking vlogs where we hike 10-20 miles definitely don’t use a gimbal

    Beautiful! I’m planning a solo road trip in this area in the fall with 3ish days in the Alabama Hills. Wasn’t going to venture further north but I think I Definitely have to add this hike to my list 😊

    • @KevinEassa
      @KevinEassa  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh it’s worth it! You’ll love Alabama hills and Whitney portal (also have a video on lone pine lake right above Alabama hills, highly recommend). But this hike is a musttt. It’s unbelievable
