My biggest issue with Dire vids is that the mob sounds are too loud. The endermen (#1 all day everyday. It's awful in everyway. Dev needs to adjust it), illagers, and wither are at the top of the list imo.
Dire, we dont care if we've seen the builds before or not. You said this series was about being OP, and you are slowing down. Should've just made the wither builder or the one you did from you're last DW20 playthrough.
Honestly, if he wants to be op, he should do the hostile neural networks route. Scalable, quick, and over time gets you a 99% chance at the wither prediction, which is worth iirc 2 stars.
He’s bad at this game which is crazy because it must take a very intelligent and creative person to create the mods he dose but I still enjoy his videos just wouldn’t describe him as op or a speed runner
@@zanderallan4373If it moved really fast, the whole series would end in 20 episodes total. And there is no other modpack to play on the market right now. After all, he is a youtuber and he needs to save time until the good modpack comes out.
Wither efficiency tip, build next to the ceiling so he starts falling as soon as he spawns. Then you can push the button a few more times while the first is charging up. Back in the day I had a few designs based on getting withers out of the way of building the next using gravity, your Dire Things placers simplify that speedup perhaps a bit too much. (have not actually built such a contraption in almost a decade)
My screen was full of random effects from the blessing enchants on my armor... completely nuts but fun. I think his armor upgrade that makes him less noticeable for mobs helps a lot.
As much as I've been critical of the JDT armor, from a programming perspective, Dire is absolutely right about balancing around vanilla. If the mod is added to a pack, it becomes the pack developers responsibility to rebalance. You can't assume the presence of any other mod, so you hqve to assume it exists by itself. That's really the only way it can work, tbh.
So maybe the sparkling, temporary place holder from when you wand the space away, the sparkling temp placeholder blocks, though intangible, are not wither proof.
Director just to let you know where you go down into the main part of the library besides the one spanner to see there's some others that underneath the first one
As much as I like Dire. Most likely not. At some point he'll probably complain how "slow" it is, and either AFK for a long time "to get what he needs" or just quit the pack.
Why just spawn one? Finde a methode to hit more then one and maybe spawn acros the whole room? You still have the delay but now the gain/delay is way better. And you don't even need more maschines to do it youst need to change the area of your placers (and finde a good auto stock solution)
Is it just me that thinks AE2 spatial dimension is strictly better than compact machine? Sure CM can send/receive items, but 95% of the time you just want a pocket dimension.
Just craft an unbreakable allthemodium/vibranium/unobtanium pickaxe already since your osmium silk touch one keeps breaking. You have all the resources Edit: admittedly he doesnt have the resources yet for unobtainium tools but still
My experience with the dungeon was worse, half the mobs were OP yellow or orange mobs and most with thorns... Also you can break those blocks with your hammer ability, just mine next to them.
For a man who know very little about vanilla, he loves to create mods that are balanced around vanilla... despite the fact that people who are gonna play with it for the most part wont be playing in a vanilla environment, making it much less attractive than gear that has more damage or better defense, despite the better utility the JDT gear has. Truly unfortunate given how cool most of the upgrades are or could be.
Omg the pillagers were so loud, I could barelly hear you around 28:00 😂

Just the noise of that dungeon is enough to drive me up and straight out of my mind.
His alignment 😂 is like + infinity ♾️
I like ur vids dire been watching since I was a kid, 21 now keep it up!!
Last time I looted one of those dungeons I brought a stack of comparators, to abuse the apotheosis spawner mechanics.
Dire, I've been watching since 2012-2013. Huge fan. I know how you feel a out sweeping edge, but I sure would've loved it in that dungeon.
Dire - if you don't want to deal with bees, get a beehive and put a piston one block away and stand inbetween it and the hive and activate it
ender pearls also work.

+1 on this!

Can he not just play the way he wants to play?

Was anyone else's experience in this dungeon so much worse than this with hundreds of Vex's constantly filling their screen?
Yeah, they are a nightmare in my "other dungeon" as well
My screen was full of random effects from the blessing enchants on my armor... completely nuts but fun. I think his armor upgrade that makes him less noticeable for mobs helps a lot.
The Mind Fog upgrade in his armor makes such a difference in packed dungeons like that.
thats usually how i experience the dungeon, luckily with prot 8 on every armor piece and a billion random buffs, its survivable
Those little gift boxes have a chance to give a seed bag that also have a chance to give you MA seeds of any tier

go back to the "im going over powered" make the best and fastest progress :D

Felt good seeing you one shotting everything
automating the goo was surprisingly easy, but the clicker keeps placing sculk next to the goo if it's been fed.
Use a sensor to detect what state the goo is in, then let the sensor send the clicker a pulse!
I think that can be fixed by changing the direction that the placer places in? Like the N/S/E/W/U/D directions
Yeah that dungeon was a little unreasonable with all the spawners. I just had to cheese it by targeting spawners with the digital miner
I had help from irons spellbooks and the chain lightning spell combined with vibranium mage armor but yeah that dungeon is crazy
the library in the dungeon isn't aboveground, and i found the entrance too hidden.
is a bug of dire wand,or the glass just not respect the setting, idk how the logic works
For everyone saying: "He's not prepared", for this dungeon using that armour, he was fairly prepared.
does he realize how many nether stars he's gonna need for the ATM star?
As much as I like Dire. Most likely not. At some point he'll probably complain how "slow" it is, and either AFK for a long time "to get what he needs" or just quit the pack.
Could you not use failing anvil or dripstone as means to kill the wither boss (just a idea).
silk touching spawners eats durability big time
Might be quicker to deal with those spawners by just carrying a stack of redstone comparators.

i wonder if it's whatchamacallit doing that...
Is Dire's invulnerability like a potion effect? If it is, there's a way to make it a permanent effect using Pylons, I believe.
It's a custom cooldown, and has nothing to do with potions
Note to self, get RF pickaxe with silk touch before going to this dungeon
Pickaxes take more damage from Silk Touching Spawners.
yeah, but this amount is crazy compared to other packs.
The material he chose for the pickaxe is much worse as a Silent pick than as a normal pickaxe
i wuold love to see u play with statue mod

So much for going fast and being op. This is the slowest series and not op at all
Umm...i could break into that dungeon easily..i think my settings are off😂😂😂😂😂
nice
28:36 hype music
Stopped watching around 25 minutes in, because I couldn't hear a word you were saying, and the noise from all those Vindicators was just awful 😞

really hoping that he makes an add-on for JDT that scales up to modded shenanigans
Haha again TH-cam removes my first comment. Even switching them up doesn't let me escape their buggy system.
Perhaps if you commented on the content of the video instead, it wouldn't happen so frequently
@@ThePhoenix1255 LOL still better than *actual* 🦐bots.
