    Hi Anita, your recipes are spot on need to tell you that when I made the chicken khuddi following your video to the T ,mixing the green masala and the bottle masala my gravy turned a brown dark and not red like yours wonder why...
    Maybe you can suggest...

      Hi Adolf... Thank you so much for trying out the recipe ☺️ The colour depends on the Bottle Masala. A fresh batch will render a brighter colour. Again you will also get a browner colour if your roasted coconut n onions are darker in colour.

    Hey this is my fav... Just wanna know is vatana compulsory or exceptional as we don't use vatana in khuddi.

      Hi Glorianna, adding green peas is optional. Traditionally, green peas is not put in Khuddi but my mum used to add it and we love the taste of it in Chicken Khuddi.
