Chicken Frithad: A Spicy East Indian Chicken Curry Recipe

Hey Anita, I prepared this Chicken recipe today and the outcome was amazing. The only different that I did was I used coconut milk instead of grinding along with the masala and first shallow fried the chicken and potato with a bit of turmeric and salt and added in . I served hot with Jeera Cashew Rice 🍚 My family and myself enjoyed.

Hi...Yes you can also use dried coconut for this recipe. My MIL would use fresh coconut sometimes..
