This hybrid is exactly what i was looking for there is so much room the shooting radius is crazy!! you literally don’t have to put your back to the tree to shoot behind you and to your off side. If you choose to put your back to the tree it is easy to turn around without getting bound up or feeling uneasy and that’s coming from a 61yr old chubby guy. The versatility over a regular platform is huge.
Out of all of the mobile hunting products, I will say even though it’s high dollar stuff LWCG is definitely one of the most truly innovative of metal treestand/sticks/platform product companies on the market.
If you plan to hunt in tree stand mode more then 20% of the time you will probably be much happier with the .5 do to platform length. you won’t want to have your feet back underneath you for any extended period of time. But if you’re basically a saddle hunter then it looks like a pretty viable option
God I'm such a huge fan of you and your dad Cody. But man yall are so expensive. 500 for a tiny 4lb stand and 1000 for a climber ( MORE than DOUBLE anyother competitor) is just too pricey for the average guy..... 250 for that hybrid and 500 for that climber sounds right. I have a major league bowhunter climber that only weighs 15lbs. I was really wanting to get a climber from you guys but that's WAAAAY outta my price range. Hell the bow and all my hunting gear doesnt total 1000 so how could I justify buying a stand that is literally double what it is worth.
My man, the price is what is costs for machined product in this country. Write your state politician. The blank that they cut the base of the stand out of is $100 in raw material.
Their products last lifetimes. Their product is going to outlast all the other brands in the market. Buy the right stuff, and you will have it for as long as you can deer hunt. That’s worth every penny to me

@@nickricholetti754 people also set a saddle platform as you said but want to be able to swing around the damn tree to shoot 360°. So how is being able to do all the things you can do in a saddle and more dumb?🤔😂
@@lovetogun3611 if i set that platform up and hunted my spot , than sat down on the seat, i’d be facing a direction which zero deer come from .. EVER lol unless it’s for a break in sitting in a saddle , why the hell did u buy the saddle in the first place

I know it's not the point of the platform, but it weighs more than the .5 it appears.
I would guess they had to beef up the platform and post to handle NO cables. Cables weigh less than the added material.

I hunt saddle mostly, still use my hang on to switch things up a little, hybrid doesn't intrest me
Awesome product. Now make a hybrid fixed/climber. Its something that need to be made..
11.5 -12.5 pounds. Universal brackets to carry 3 sticks..
