    The cards on that bag are from a game called Lotería that they play in Mexico and a bunch of other Latino Countries. Basically it's like Bingo, you get boards with a bunch of those images on it and as they draw them from the deck you put a bean on the image. Its really fun, I usually play it around the holidays!

    • @rnorman1015
      @rnorman1015 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      We play Loteria in Texas too!

      @ElizabethTheUnicorn829 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      When I saw the board it reminded me of a game my Mom had called Pokino and it involves a "bingo" type card and playing cards. So I figured it had to be something like that.

      Yup! We use beans or bottle caps! And it’s usually played around the holidays in our family

    18:35 If you ever drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on I-15, there is actually a McDonald's that is unusual in Barstow, CA. The McDonald's dining room is actually train cars. And Victoria, BC, outside Vancover has a ferry service you can put your vehicle on.

    Just imagine if you could see a Ripley’s BON museum again for the 1st time. Still remember the feeling of genuine awe & amazement when I went to the Myrtle Beach Ripley’s as a young kid. All the museums I had seen before were so dry in my little kid opinion, but Ripley’s opened a whole new odd & strange world for me in terms of what a “museum” can potentially offer.

    Once you’re back in Los Angeles, if you want more Lucha goodness check out the Republic of Lucha is South Pasadena - a Lucha Museum. It’s just down the block from the original Michael Myers house from Halloween and around the corner from Sugarmynt Gallery which includes a Halloween and Hocus Pocus museum. Los Angeles’ Little Tokyo district is wonderful! Check out the Wacko Store if you have time! Go to the original Porto’s in Glendale! Cabrillo Beach Aquarium is great! The Venice Beach boardwalk is always interesting. Los Angeles Farmers Market is always fun. Point Vincente lighthouse and interpretive center are cool. The science center has a space shuttle and the natural history museum is awesome.
