I'm so excited for BF (I told myself from now on I will buy 90% of my polishes during BF. 1) As a way to say money and 2) As a way to curve my growing collection). Anyway, I've been saving up since June, and I'm so excited! I plan to shop kbshimmer and to try Beaux Reves for the 1st time!
I shopped Holo Taco, and was going to shop Kb Shimmer and Mooncat, but now having second thoughts and thinking of waiting on Mooncats next sale and skipping kb shimmer and shopping Rogue instead. I was eyeing some of Cuticula new collection, but IDK yet. I really undecided this year. I want to get a new phone for my birthday next month and trying to be more mindful of what I'm spending. My collection is getting way too big nearing 1400 , I'm out of space and I'm getting to that point where all new releases are too similar to something that I have that I should just go on a no buy and start duping from my own collection.
It’s so hard to decide what to get, so many great options! & I hear you about the collection getting too big. 😅 Ours is definitely there, but I blame hubby for that 🤣 lol I am only doing KB Shimmer for essentials, then cupcake for a few colors I'm eyeing.... Victorian Varnish is calling me, since she's releasing creams (my weakness) But I'm not sure on that yet Thanks so much for watching
Very happy BCB lacquers started their Black Friday sale so early! Already made two orders from her. When all the shops open at once it can get overwhelming. I prefer the sales spread out throughout the month

I am thinking of getting polishes from: Cracked, Victorian Varnish, Mooncat (but-some of her polishes are a bit thick (my Moonjelly and Ghost of Hecate are). I LOVE my House of Hades, Curse of Calypso, Sand Viper. Polished for Days, Halo Taco, Monarch Lacquer. Oooh boy😅😅
Frankly I think you wouldn't be thrilled with mooncat given how much indie polish you have. It's usually a nice beginner friendly formula, except the ones that are really hard to use haha. The brush is nice, but some indie brands have brushes just as good or better. Overall the really good indies have better and more reliable formulas and more interesting polish for a better price. I think of mooncat as being much more broadly appealing because they're growing the company so much they have to appeal to a ton of customers and have a strong profit margin. So some of the more unique finishes we see in indies aren't there. I'd say only get mooncat if there's a specific shade, or a couple, that are really calling to you. If you aren't feeling strongly about it then just skip.
I do not care for Mooncat’s formula. I’m almost always disappointed with either their formula or the color in reality. Cracked regularly has great sales. Monique’s birthday is 2/19 and she has had a really great sale then. I’m working on getting my polish shopping down. 😬
I saw the tropical set from VV and may pick up the bright creams, they look beautiful ❤️ and I'm a sucker for her creams 😂

I'm definitely skipping mooncat, just can't chance the bad formula/color issue, not to mention price
