Nice to see you come back. There are a couple of suggestions that you might be able to do (I don't know if it's possible or not): - I've seen streamers have their chat room in the video on one side. That way, the audience can watch the chat in fullscreen videos on YT, just like your past video game streams. I know you're trying to fix that. - I don't know if it's possible to swap the camera angle. It might be as simple as a button press instead of physically moving everything inside the room. I also understand doing that can have any wording on -T-shirts, or items, to be in reverse. The right side corner seems off because, in your past streams, it was always you and Becky looking from the opposite angle from the opposite corner. - There are plenty of past video games that you stopped playing that you can come back for lonesomes. I.e., Final Fantasy 7 remake, Darkest Dungeon (just to name a few). Plus, I recall a rogue-like game you played that had random card draws dealing with space aliens/survival that can have turbos participate as well (Can't remember the name of the game).
I've been playing alot of Aliens Dark Descent and it's really goods something you'd enjoy. It's a isometric real-time tactical and strategic game where everyone moves as a single squad similar to Syndicate (1993). Like XCOM you can create you're soldiers from appearance to name, armour, gear, weapons, classes, and upgrades. It's the Alien Isolation for Alien strategic fans. Little warning though the tutorial for the game is pretty slow but it picks up right after the Marines show up. Personally didn't mind the tutorial kind of simulated the feel of the first film and plus the game has so many systems so it does a good job at showcasing a bunch of stuff. There's also the new Starship Troopers: Extermination a really fun online experience where 16 people do objectives while Bugs attack them from every corner. You can build bases with walls, doors, turrets, and it's just a really fun time with Randoms or friends with people venturing out to do objectives while you guard the base or build up for the coming attack at the end. Another game is Shadows of Doubt an immersive sandbox detective stealth game set in a fully simulated sci-fi noir city of crime and corruption with an amazing art style. The city is randomly generated and so is the people. Crimes happen at random and the game does no hand holding beyond the tutorial. Highly recommend it. And finally as a XCOM fan i think you'd really like Xenonauts 2 a spiritual successor to the old school XCOM games.

The old setup with the couch/green screen helped distinguish you from other streamers in addition to looking extremely professional. I do understand your health concerns however and I am sure you will make this work. Having your face cover part of the game is not ideal, it perhaps would be better to have a custom layout with the game slightly smaller. Believe it or not that helps with bitrate as well with parts of the screen being unmoving.

Corners/edges of the screen are usually dead space anyway. And you get a bigger view of the screen.
