Joe Louis and Max Schmeling actually became good friends later in life. Max helped Joe financially and was one of Joe's pallbearers when Joe passed. He was also never a Nazi, refusing to sign the loyalty oath and helped two Jewish friends escape in 1938.

I was getting ready to say the same thing about it. he was never a Nazi and he was good friends with Joe Lewis after the war.

That is correct. Schmeling was NOT a Nazi. Some people think all Germans at that time were Nazis. Nazi was a political party, not representative of all Germans.

I went to DC for the first time in Oct. I could spend days @ the museums. My favorite was seeing the American Flag the Francis Scott Key saw his ship as the battles were going on and inspired the Star Spangled Banner

Thank you, Jacob! This museum is one of my favorites and I have been disappointed the past few times to see the pop culture items didn’t have much of a dedicated exhibit. I appreciate the news that this is no longer the case, and I appreciate your tour before I can make it there again myself. ❤️ I hope you had a great time.

Went to two of the Smithsonian museums in my early 20's 1977ish. Went to the museum of natural history and the aquarium. They were great. I haven't been to a museum or art gallery in a while. Last exhibit I saw was Body Works.

It was a mirror version of her from the Terren universe, I think her name Philippa Georgiou I've been watching Star Trek Discovery since season 1 and I got to say it's really good you have to watch it. The next season is airing sometime in the spring. You will enjoy it. It's like a prequel to the original Star Trek
