Going so in-depth into the safety standards and meanings behind their testing was very informative and instills confidence that you know what you're talking about. I'll be getting both the milwaukee and the solidworks through your links, thanks for offering one of the *best* reviews I've ever seen.

Thank you for the review. When I read reviews on Amazon, I noticed the hard plastic/rubber and people didn’t get a seal. Your video helps. My biggest problems are when flattening slabs with a router. Clearing a half lap with a circular saw and the dust during sanding. I work outside, if the wind blows unfavourably, makes working really hard with simple lab glasses.

Yea wish the dewalts were made out of some over plastic, I have mostly dewalt tools so would have looked better. But the solidwork goggles are great I still have the same pair and they still work good and are holding up well. This summer I had them on using a weed wacker with no shield on and a rock hit the goggles and they didn't budge thank God. I even wear them when I'm cutting onions and no tears lol. I was just looking at the warnings printed on the boxes and I noticed that ALL of my safety glasses say they "will not provide protection against severe impact hazards." The one from 3M gets more specific with examples of what's considered a severe impact hazard. it says "does not provide protection against severe impact hazards such as fragmenting, grinding wheels, or abrasive discs."
grinding wheels and abrasive discs are why I'm wearing safety glasses like 90% of the time I have them on, so idk what the point of these is if they don't protect me from those things!

I thoroughly enjoyed the effects. A+
I have the same problem with the Dewalts... They seem high quality but the contour is too aggressive... seems like it's made for a small head or something. By the time I tighten them enough to get rid of any perceived gap, they hurt and leave a red mark on my face. I bought a set of the SolidWork goggles using your link. Thanks.

The Milwaukee safety glasses are a no-go for me as I wear glasses. I have the Dewalt and the Uvex. They're both pretty comfortable. The Uvex are Z87+ on Amazon's website, though there's no mention of it on the box. However, just for grins, I'm gonna order me the Solidworks. For $13, why not. Thanks for the tip! Fun fact, when I remove the Dewalts, my glasses come off with them.

Really do cover around all over my face with no hole anywhere else. My eyes felt great afterwards. Without these, of course there’s millions of grasses cut are going to get in your eyes with my old fishing sunglasses with deep open holes on back of it. Made my eyes itches and used running water in my eye to get grass out of it. That was painful.

What's sad is that in all the stores available to me (car range, cause i don't pay online) the have like 10 models and they're all TRASH , I wore a full face visor yesterday while jackhammering a ceiling for tubes and a piece found a way to my eye anyways ... I really wish they'd "advertise" safety more and give us more options. Literally no1 wears safety around construction where i work other than boots and welding masks, there are guys using rebar grinder disks with not glasses easy ... My "boss" wore nothing when i started working 2 weeks ago, i got him to buy us a visor so he actually uses it but only for overhead work, but like i said in my case, it doesn't 100% prevent shit getting into your eyes haha.

With the solid goggles they don't hurt at ALL! They are the most comfortable goggles I've ever worn. My eyes didn't sweat but sometimes my four head would sweat and would leak into the top part of the holes on the top of my goggles and I could see it dripping into the top part of the lens but wasn't that bad. You probably don't sweat as much as I do lol. Thanks for watching please subscribe and share if you haven't already, all your support is greatly appreciated

@@Toolsish76 thank you very much for your information and reply , I have already subscribed to your channel, well I’m living in Japan , looking for the best goggles 🥽 for factories, looking for something light , don’t get fogging, and don’t hurt skin and eyes and same time don’t get scratched after using them , if you can find something like that we can do a very good business together, also the smaller size you find the better business we make , because people don’t like big things on their eyes
