- Henlo my dear human beans🌱 After 3 years of living in Tokyo, Japan I am moving back to California! I moved on December 1, 2021 and vlogged all the preparations leading up to the big move. It's really difficult closing this chapter of my life but due to the state of the world right now I felt the need to be closer to family!

I found out about this channel just the other day, and I empathise so much with you that I just need to comment.
I think about moving just next door and I already start hyperventilating, so I can't even imagine the stress of moving countries... And finding out about that, you know, minor detail in such a hurrying time. You must be some kind of superhero. 🙌🏻

And to encourage you, my dearest friends did long distance (UK and Australia) for three years at the start of their relationship in our late teens and early 20s working all year to save up for one visit alternating her coming here and him there. It worked about and they’ve been together nearly 15 years now - married 12 (I think 🤔) and we still marvel at how they managed it but if it’s the right one for you it’ll work out for sure! Friendship is so much more than proximity.

I know exactly how you feel lol. My whole family moved to completely different countries 2 days ago. It was an 11 hour plane flight. It was the most stressful thing I’ve ever done. The stress isn’t even over yet. Our new home is completely unfurnished and so we’ve been trying to find a cheap enough Airbnb that is big enough for 7 people (since I have a big fam) and it’s been extremely difficult to find one. We have to move out of our current Airbnb in 2 days but we don’t even have a car - which we need for groceries or exploring the place.
I hope it’ll get easier soon haha, but your videos have really been helping. Your vids are so relaxing and peaceful, so thank you !! Hope you have a great day
