ate there every breakfast for a few months back in 2014 and couple nights a week[late] great food loved their lamb shanks.
The food looks good. I went to see Equalizer 3 on 9/5, it was ok, I enjoy those movies, but like John Wick it's getting to be the same thing... of course J.W. won't be the same..

eaten there many many times, but not for maybe five years, always been a favourite with the ex-pats that drink in the bars on New Plaza, re-fit is looking really good.
food looked very nice, hard to find a decent mixed grill but this looked not only good but also a very good price

Man this was awesome David I just love looking at the menu at every single restaurant you go to with Nong your wife popular women there I’d say they got a big breakfast menu I see Mega menu I see of it and yeah this was great enjoyed it 👍🏽

used to eat there regularly when in town pre covid, and the owner peter was a great bloke he had a bar near the beach rd on soi 7 i think next door to what is now the black angel, many years back and i think somewhere in bangkok before that, but im guessing its under new owner or management now looks good and the food looks as good as before thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the blog David. Been a few years now since I was in Pattaya, The Golden Ferret was always a favourite place to eat whilst there. The Chippy still next door was always another late night last food stop.
We use the Golden Ferret quite often, started during COVID and have just kept going 🙏🙏

Thanks David & Beautiful Nong, Wow that was a big mix grill have not had one for years my Ma used to make a lovely one with liver and lamp chop etc sounds like that one was tasty as well no good any food if it not tasty. Looks like they done a great job on the renovation and the food looks fab. Like the look of Nongs Moo manau and the mixed grill.

What I wondered : I have never seen rabbit on the menu at all places I visited . Would there be any specific reason why not , or am I wrong here ?
I think only one place I know serves Rabbit, Au Bon Coin in Pratumnak 🙏🙏
Been going to pattaya for over 15 years and always thought it was a chip shop only! Looks like a lovely refurbishment, i think they are missing a trick with little exposure on social media. Never seen them on pattaya breakfast club etc.

That looks like a REALLY nice re-fit. I've never been before, but will definitely be giving it a try in January. Some of the items on the menu reminded me of the late, great Rosie o' Grady's (Bad Boy sausages with fried onions etc) I wonder if any of Rosie's staff have been taken on by The Ferret? Anyway, delightful and informative video, as usual, David and Nong.

Hey Dave , a mix grill for lunch , wow , you have a big appetite, it looked very tasty , Nongs food also looks delicious , I am not sure of the location of this place , can you tell me , keep up your food reviews , it’s so difficult to know where to eat , there is so much choice , when I came last year for a month I tended to stick with the same few places near my hotel , thanks buddy 🙏
