Yea I feel like people who think Mustang should've just been allowed to kill Envy miss the point, the point is that somebody like Mustang shouldn't allow himself to be swallowed by his feelings of anger, we literally see the effects of that in Scar. Scar was justified in his anger and hatred towards the Amestrian government and State Alchemists but in pursuing vengeance he allowed himself to be consumed by his anger and hatred and it caused him to kill or hurt those that weren't even part of the crimes against his people and it only further propogated the cycle of violence he was trapped in.
@@Dell-ol6hbon the other hand, scars whole journey is that he was able to come back from that point and turn himself around with everyone’s help. I think a lot of people get the point but they just want to see envy get what’s coming to him
