- You guys, the sigh of relief I felt like making after watching this nsnsnn I did say at the beginning that I wanted to be positive for them because this reboot is challenging and I said I thought it takes a lot of courage to making such changes but I still felt some apprehensiveness deep down (I’m anxious by nature I’m sorry nsnssnsn). And I swear, the more the song went by and the longer the MV played, I could feel the anxiety exit my body! I think the word “reboot” scared me more than anything and I was fearful they would do a whole 180, so much so that they’d loose their identity basically but I’m so relived to see that this is not the case. I was somehow expecting this reboot to be a lot more “concrete” (?) and instead of seeing it like a reboot, I would consider this to be more like a natural evolution of a boygroup who debuted with a more youngster, rebellious, free vibes into a more mature, sophisticated and refined adult concept that allows them to showcase a more “manly” energy if that makes sense. I think this evolution is particularly visible in the styling and also in the sets of the MV. The song and MV also feels like a conduced version of every style, genre, they’ve done thus far? And I really really like it! Some parts of the song and MV really reminded me of ‘Kill this love’ and so I’m considering them to be family, like cousin nsnsns Also, it feels like the line distribution was handled quite well here, I can vividly remember every members and that speaks level in my opinion! Anyway, loved this comeback, especially the bridge! The bridge is electrifying and just so good, can’t get enough of it! Also their visuals is really a bonus because wow!!!!!!!!!

This song is literally BIGBANG 2008-2011 and BLACKPINK put together 🤣🤣 It’s a bop. Their whole album is the YG FAMILY album we never expected to receive because it makes you think of their predecessors. It’s like 2000-2010 vibes and I love it cus we don’t see that anymore in K-POP with so much influence of Western type of song in kpop
what i love about self produced groups is that they know their concept. they’re able to experiment with songs but still have their identity. they know themselves and it’s evident. a very great album from treasure.
I'm seeing a lot of comments about how treasure is being left out in the 4th generation. But i disagree tho, they're not the type of idols who needs to do challenge with other artists just to stay relevant, their music is very 2nd and 3rd gen. I hope people will give these boys a chance, i swear they're worth stanning for 🥺♥️

YG's strategy is good because it improves their songwriting abilities and makes them a very hardworking team. I can already see greatness for this group. I think they will eventually catch up to being one of the leaders of K-pop, with SKZ and NCT Dream. I predict Treasure will gain a huge boost of fame at award shows once again. Especially MAMA. Plus to add more hype I feel like Baby Monsters debut will be huge and it will hype up all YG groups.
While everyone is trying to do Y2K, TREASURE is bringing back music that was from a the golden age of Kpop and I’m down with that

To be honest, I feel like this song and MV is like the Real Treasure because you know, their name is Treasure, right? And Treasure is the precious thing that people all want to have and to search for. Treasure is the meaning of an object that people look and go out to search for, whether it's love or accessories, or even someone, so treasure has that meaning. Now I truly understand why Treasure members always shoot MVs with anything that has to do with traveling like Cars, Airplanes, and now Ship. Treasure have been going out for a treasure hunt, always out there looking for their treasures. Now, THIS video and song really give out the true meaning of treasure of how they indicate it in the whole video of this MV. And I love it! Also, I was surprised and happy at the same time with the line distribution in this :)

The song is really good the beginning and pre chorus of the song gives 2nd gen vibes while the chorus is for sure a typical 4th gen vibe. Also I really love the rap for me TREASURE is on top when it comes to 4th gen rappers. I also agree that the song gives BLACKPINK 'Kill this love' vibe and also it's giving 'Adios' by EVERGLOW (btw they are finally back super excited).

If there’s something YG knows how to do is marketing: the way they used T5 to smoothly reintroduce this group new and revamp image and sound was genius. The choices in the production cannot go unnoticed: Clean Bandit similarity and the chorus being Kill This Love sibling. The rapping verse that went from a slow flow to fire triplets and the transition back to the song was INCREDIBLE! (I often do not like how rapping verses feel so forced in Kpop they don’t fit the general sound of the song). The bridge shouting out their “old” image and sound to hang to that sense of nostalgia for the fans. The outfits? SMART choices
This reboot has being so interesting to watch and I think YG absolutely nailed it. When they want to they truly know how to put one of their groups on the map. Marketing masterclass right here
