This looks very beautiful, very smart design.
There is one problem, when this is built on a Windows computer it’s don’t look good any more on a Mac computer. These kinds of problems are more common between windows and mac.
It seems that Microsoft finds it difficult to equalize these platforms.

Thank for sharing nice video, can you please help me out to reset rotation, when needle is on 0 degree and actually in the rotation cell it's shows as 68 degree if i change that as Zero then needle position will be completely towards down .

This is really cool. I love it and your other videos. Very informative. Is there a way to make this Ultimate Speedometer work for PowerPoint visualization? I like this pointed 'needle' better than when you use a tiny slice of a pie chart, which expands towards the outer edge. I would assume it is necessary to have some VBA code in PowerPoint to control the needle, based on a cell in Excel which could be either hidden or on another slide? Guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi PK, thank you for all your video! They are amazingly cool. I have one question about this "Ultimate Speedometer". After I created it, whenever I changed my number, the speedometer didn't change unless I double clicked on an empty cell. Do you know why it is and how can I solve this problem?

i just want it to be shown on my desktop. i.e. i change my readings in excel file, close it, and the speedometer shown on the dashboard gets updated automatically.

Hi Bro,, Awesome work,, However, if I make the values changing by connecting with my pivot or database table, then its not working as I have to literally make the changes manually in the cell c2/c3/c6 etc... how can I have this cell reference to other sheet or pivot or database etc...

Hi PK. Working on the arrow/triangle. I am not able to make the value of zero at rotation zero. Instead mine is saying 151. How do I get the arrow to show zero and rotate from there?
Me too PK, I can't make the arrow to start at zero degrees. It does automatically becomes 233 degrees when I do rotate it...

How can I have the Speedometer update, if I am not entering the data directly into the cell? i am pulling the data from another worksheet in C2, C3 and C4 by "='Expenditure Detailed Data'!U2" formula, is there a code to update when the cell data change?

This code is on worksheet change event. If you want update it from another sheet then please put the same code on worksheet activate event.

Hello, When the reference cell is a directly inputted number I can get this to work. However, I am having trouble making the needle turn if the reference cell contains a formula obtained value i.e. average of other cells. Please can you help?

Sorry, I think we have a miscommunication somewhere. I want the needle to turn based on a cell which equals the sum of a column. Currently it only seems to work if you directly type a value into the target. If the cell you want to be the target contains a formula e.g. sum(A1:A20) the needle will not turn. I downloaded the link starting "drive google.com" which opened up your version but it has the same issue. Any help would be most appreciated

Put the some formula in place of value from where needle is linked and in the vba code the if condition for Target address. Take it in target.row and target. Column according to your range.

Hi Gary, Please use below given code. I am assuming your data is on range "A2:A20". Put the Sum("A2:A20") on rarnge C2. Change the Group10 with whatever the Group name in you workbook.
