- I always seem to be ordering Lego when the site is crashing! Haha I never learn. I did get my GWP added after. Customer support emailed me back and is sending them to me with my orders.
Next year I’m just waiting till the morning 🤣. Nothing sold out by 6:00am. So I suggest patience is key and to wait. Less of a nightmare that way.

The infamous Lego queue
LEGO needs to get it together. A billion-dollar company and a horribly functioning website. Make it make sense. Luckily after everybody started giving up I finally got my orders in.
I'd put the experience at slightly annoying. Good to see the big GWP is still available online.
My may 4th Lego experience went smooth with no issue. Got everything and delivered within 5days
I noticed the Coke Bottles having Marvel characters on them as well. I wonder what it is because there is no advertisement on the bottle (like for the new Deadpool moving maybe?) Sorry the ordering experience was a bit frustrating, seems like it was really rough right at midnight. I did not place my online order until the next morning and thankfully did not have any issues. Then I went to my local store and picked up the rest of the things I wanted. Ended up with three GWPs so I was really happy about that. I also got the coin online, I think the poster sold out pretty quick. Another awesome May 1st!
Yes definitely annoying. Better than last year. The GWP are still in stock which is surprising. I’m waiting till the morning next year haha
I didn't even attempt to go online right at midnight. I waited till this morning, placed my 3 orders, got all my gwp rewards in them, went completely smooth. I'm happy.
Nice! Waiting till the morning or even 4 hours after midnight is the way to go. Nothing sold out which was nice!
This is my experience, I got the queue line,then when I clicked a Star Wars set it would say an unexpected error occurred try again later, so i tried later and once again it said “An unexpected error occurred try again later” n then after several attempts it worked but when I clicked on my cart it disappeared and it would say “there nothing in your shopping cart” then I would go back to the main page n click on any set that wasn’t Star Wars and I would added it to cart and would say “view cart” n I would click on it and it would show 5 sith infiltrators, 1 ghost,1 minifigure box set but no gwp, so I would refresh and then it would say “nothing in your shopping cart” this was very frustrating. It took close to 2 hrs for it to work
During 11:30pm, somthing crazy happened. While the website was glitching i completed my starwars with 3 GWP purchases, but later my GWP disappeared from my order. It was just gone! 😢
Thankfully, today i called customer services and explained the whole situation of my GWP disappearing from my order and they sorted all that out quickly 😊 the lady was very nice about it. I was happy.
Same thing happened with me. Customer service was great to deal with. Next year I’m going to try and wait till early morning to order 🤣
I appreciate that! That’s so nice I should have put that reward first 🤣. I saw that coin and went for it too soon. You’ll have to let me know if it’s a nice print, and if it’s numbered to.
Had to refresh cart and refresh checkout to get it to finally go through. Took an hour and a half to get all that I wanted. That glitch adding multiples of the same item to your cart is rough as well.
gotta say it really wasn't bad. I ordered stuff around midnight of launch and more today, and I only had to wait like 10 mins at launch
The site was completely unusable for me until 4am.
I did go to sleep for a few hours.
Bro it was crazy but I expected it to be hell. The back end technology for this type of traffic is probably extremely difficult to manage.
I messed up by redeeming the code for the Ghost and Phantom but then clicking the window away too fast. Didn't get an E-Mail or anything either, that code is just lost to the void :/
Oh no really! Try and email the customer service or phone. They usually are pretty good with it if you have an order reference number. It’s so dumb that they just don’t put those sets on sale and make you get a code.

That happened to me last year they gave me a bunch of vip points. Atleast if you clipped or attempted it maybe they’ll give you the cash back. Good luck 🤞🏻

Happened to me too... I bought the tie Interceptor and right after Completed the payment... the gwp disappeared.
Finally I’m not the only one. This is ridiculous. Lego needs to get their stuff together. They have endless amounts of money, they should use it to improve their website and prevent crashing and errors. They should be prepared for enormous amounts of people all at once trying to get on the site at midnight. I stayed up till 4am and it was brutal. I ended up calling customer service at 8am and they helped me place my orders. I got all the promos, including the promos online.
They really do need to work on their website. It always crashes on big release days, and last year I waited till the morning, the one set I wanted was sold out so fast. I’m glad you got all the promos! I’m excited for that droid carrier!
@@brookethebuilder It’s crazy! Yea they seriously need to improve their website. Which set was sold out that you wanted? Also did you make sure to redeem your Insider points to get the art print and coin? They are exclusive promos online
I was able to get the coin. For some reason the art print wouldn’t show up for me. I’m not sure if it has sold out or not. And now I don’t have enough points to redeem it. But I’m glad I got the coin. The one set last year was the Executor super star destroyer. I had to get it months later.
@@brookethebuilderI literally just got an update. I heard the art print has sold out. I was able to secure mine so I’m lucky. Sorry you weren’t able to get one :( If I had 2 I would give it to you.
Honestly, their website is such a shambles. They know, we know they know, but still nothing changes. 🙄
it was the same in the UK, 11:45pm until 12:50 i was waiting, when i logged in eventually i was able to order what i wanted but it is so frustrating, same every year
I think it took about an hour and half it total for me. Atleast I was a key I watch the new bad batch episode while I waited haha
I’m a coke guy, but if i have to go zero calorie, Diet Cherry Pepsi and in general Pepsi products are better for me.
I’ve always been a Coca Cola drinker, but I did try the Pepsi max, and it was really good!
I expected their site to go down, like clockwork 😂 checked when i woke up and snagged the TIE Interceptor however, there must of been lasting issues as I was charged twice for one order 😅
Coke Zero is great, reminds me of Coke Light I used to get in Germany.
It always seems to go down and no improvement’s from the year before. I was very worried with my order since the gwp went out of the cart, but Lego emailed me and shipped it separately. That’s awesome you got the UCS tie! Looks like a great set. If I didn’t get the atat that was my next choice!

Just need to get like 40 snow troopers to fill it :P

Yes that’s what it equals to in Canada. Not sure about other countries. It might vary.

It took about two and a half hours before the site worked correctly. Finally got four orders in back to back with all the promos. Ordered the AT-AT on the 30th to make sure I got one with 4x points. Wasn't worried about the promos because I knew I would get them later.
