    Always good to listen to thoughts after a year of use - this was helpful in making my decision to get the Echo Bike. Not something taken lightly since it’s just under a grand after tax and accessories. Thanks Jonathan 😎

    For someone who wants a cheaper version of this bike, go with the Bells of Steel Blitz Bike 2.0 ($699) over the Titan bike ($649 + tax). It’s actually cheaper since they don’t charge tax and they also do free shipping. More importantly, it uses a belt drive similar to Rogue’s whereas Titan uses a chain drive. A belt drive will last much longer, require almost no maintenance and feel much smoother. It comes standard with a wind guard, phone holder and cup holder too.

    • @NoFate247
      @NoFate247  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Appreciate the input. Do you have the bos bike?

    • @jamestonbellajo
      @jamestonbellajo 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@NoFate247 I don’t. I’d get the Rogue one if I were to get one though! I’m using a Peloton the same way you use your Echo Bike (minus the arms of course). Bells of Steel would be second on my list. @asmanyreviewsaspossible did a really good review on it and actually preferred it over the Rogue Echo Bike so I have a very good opinion of it. If you’ve tried a chain drive, you’ll see that it’s a lot less smooth than a belt drive like one on the Rogue and Bells and you have to maintain it over time.

      Does this machone work the arms/ upper body well I was goin to get a threadmill but this looks like its does and arms workout also am O correct or is the motion woth the arms easy or can u set the resistance to make it more difficult?

    • @jamestonbellajo
      @jamestonbellajo 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@sexpanther60ofthetimeitwor93 it will work out your arms more than a treadmill but it won’t make your arms big like isolation exercises (curls and extensions) will. Your arms will definitely get sore and you’ll get some tone, but the force is still generated from your legs pedaling. I would say the biggest impacts from using an air bike would start with your legs, then core and then arms/upper body. It’s better than nothing but it shouldn’t be the only thing you do if you want big or defined arms.

    Coming from a cycling background, the price, for what you get, seems really reasonable. And the highly functional computer seems well thought out. I like pain and suffering, so this machine sounds like the ticket for some cross training.
