P.G.S.F Ambition was loaded up with enough fuel, food, and power to keep the ship operational for the expected lifespan of the crew (around 500 Megacycles). The P.G.S.F Ambition set out in AW.191, reaching the rim of the Galaxy in AW.380. In AW.382, the captain of P.G.S.F Ambition, Nefarious-class Unit KE-0284, reported "gravitational anomalies" coming from outside the ship shortly before all communications ceased. This was the last confirmed contact from P.G.S.F Ambition. In AW.532, after 150 Megacycles without contact from the crew, Operation Darkstar was called off, and the crew of the P.G.S.F Ambition were stricken from active Unit files. As of AW.574, the fate of the crew is still unknown.
There aren't any explicit 'part 2' compilations, but there are several other space-oriented compilations that scratch the itch. 'Songs for Dead Planets', 'Songs for Dark Space exploration and Zero-G Floating' and 'Dark Space Music for Stellar Nurseries and Galactic Clouds' are all in a similar vein. Enjoy ! :)

I used to work on a game set on a spaceship. It was usually a multiplayer match game but you could use a debug command so you could run around the map solo. I used this to assess the team's work but honestly it just felt like I was wandering round an empty ship with some ambience a bit like this which I weirdly enjoyed.
I'm about to start work on the next adventure for my published roleplaying game and this is just perfect for atmosphere and mood. Cryo Chamber is a go-to for ambient music and it really helps to put me in the zone as far as designing and writing goes. Excellent, as always.
