Grenzebach Gypsum Plasterboard Production Plant for Escayescos

Escayescos is a Spanish producer of various gypsum products. In 2014 Escayescos decided to opt for a new gypsum plasterboard plant. Together with Grenzebach the concept for integrating state-of-the-art technology in already existing buildings was developed. The Grenzebach experts took raw material from the local Escayescos mine in southern Spain to its laboratory in Bad Hersfeld. Based on the analysis the board recipes were developed. Thanks to in-depth training on site already during installation and commissioning, Escayescos was able to produce top quality right from the start. Due to the superb collaboration between Escayescos and Grenzebach, Escayescos was able enter the Spanish plasterboard market very successfully.
