Thank-you, George, for all your diligent work in keeping parts available for all these classic cars. I can't imagine how many of these cars you have saved from the bone yard by making replacement parts so available.
George, you really are the “Saint Francis” of 914’s. I hope you live to a ripe old age, but before departing, I pray you are able to pass the torch to carry the business of saving 914’s on to someone with as much devotion as you. Talk with you soon, you just added some goodies to my must get for Rosie list.
Hey George got the 914 Clevis pin for clutch cable ...they were like Hens teeth to find even back in the day. I didn't hear anything about 928 parts? What's up with that? I hadbbn had to send to bbn Stuttgart for a new door lock bbn for my 928 and bbn Bosche was the makers of the headlight for the 928 and they were a special size for the 928, I remember having to buy it at an outrageous price from the dealer back in the 1980s. When I heard the parts guy say that will be $110. + TAX, I said no not the whole assembly just the bulb. He said that's the price for just the bulb. I nearly fell off the stool at the parts counter. 🤪

I want to come in sometime soon. Problem is, I'll go broke leaving. Thanks again George!
Of Course!
Great tour George! didn't know you had so many parts.
I need so many of those parts
Very cool tour. I’m one of those tall guys, so I could not fit in a 914. 924 and 944 no problem!
You would be surprised!!
